Please I'm currently on the PR process already but I'm thinking of changing careers to HR when I get to Canada. Should I do a Diploma in Chattered Institute of Personnel Management or Nigerian institute of Management.
And will that Diploma be useful in Canada to get jobs. Please advise

thanks. I v just googled about it and I found a good related program there. Maybe I will make them the first priority. What about swedish defence University, is it way competitive? because my exact program is just there.
