Jobs/VacanciesRe: This Is The List Of Fake Job Addresses Collated (not Exhaustive). by Soar96: 9:29pm On Mar 28, 2022
There is one other company one should also not get into - SMASH GROUP (housing SmashMall/SmashConnect, SmashRides, SmashLogistics, SmashProperties, SmashInvest, ISmashTrades, SmashFood, etc).

The CEO, Paul Eigbefoh Smith OWES SALARIES! Staff would leave frustrated.

I can't even give the details. Please don't get a job or invest here.

like this too.
Kspicz:
There is a company in Lagos with Factories in Ogun state called Solar Energy Ventures Industries Entreprise Limited. They also bear other names Like REI plastics, NGS group, Sapatech etc. This organization has a very toxic environment. There is no job security, the owner Mr. Ugochukwu Emmanuel Madumere pays police stations to do his bidding. There is no leave, pension neither do they pay tax. Staff are fired without following due process. There is no HMO and there is no Employee compensation /Insurance in terms of injuries. Staff are hardly provided work tools but get constant blame for non performance. No health and safety equipment for factory workers. No trainings, no incentives, bonus or benefits. He verbally and sometimes could physically assault staff members. He pays graduates poor salaries but pays illiterates a higher one. Staff are not allowed to contribute their opinions even on jobs they are given. There is a lot of interference and do it his way. Working hours are not stipulated, you could see 8am -5pm but would work 8 am - 9pm. Factory workers work 7am-7pm. Please if you get any invite from this company please run for dare life. They could tease you with a bigger salary only to sack you one month later. Weather their Festac office, Ota factories or Igbesa is a no no! Please avoid this organization by all means or you are on your own!

Jobs/VacanciesNever Get A Job Or Invest With Smash Group!!! by Soar96(op): 1:38am On Dec 29, 2021
NEVER GET A JOB WITH SMASH GROUP OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES!

NEVER INVEST WITH SMASH INVEST OR ISMASHTRADES!!

Smash Group is a FRAUDULENT investment and transportation firm headquartered at Block 59 Plot 12A, Kusenla Road, Lekki, Ikate, Lagos, and has a branch office located on the 2nd Floor Biglots Mall, Alegbe Close, Mende, Off Maryland Mall, Lagos.

It was founded by one Eigbefoh Paul Smith, an alumni of the University of Benin, who goes by Paul Smith Snr on the many social media accounts he has across the various social media platforms.

SMASH is said to mean Successful, according to the CEO but its activities are short of that, neither are those who have come in contact with the company, especially the staff in their days of working at the company.

The company has a number of subsidiary businesses, including ISmashTrades, SmashRides, SmashLogistics], SmashProperties, SmashFood with which he scams people. SmashLogistics is the only business truly in operation while SmashRides is, as at December 2021, being proposed to re-launch after failing woefully at inception in 2019.

Staff Woes

The CEO holds interviews almost every week, recruits people both directly and through recruitment firms and sites but NEVER PAYS, even the recruitment firms, he never pays them!

He would shabbily train the new staff for 2 weeks only with words of mouth and a white board - no evidence of business except the building, SmashLogistics' bikes and fliers advertising business- and mostly without pay.
He will sell the idea that the company had bad staff in the past who; stole properties, were insubordinate, formed alliances against the company and disregarded customers, to them.

When they graduate from training, their woes of duties unrelated to their job description and days of wasted light out (no fuel in the generator) hours begin. They are served lengthy offer letter, code of conducts and handbook containing ridiculous conditions, one of which is that no staff, upon leaving the company, can work at a competing firm for 18 month period.

Relationship Managers are expected to bring in investors on their first month, else, there will be a pay cut or no pay at all. In achieving this, the Relationship Managers are expected to engage in leads generation activities, including meeting up with potential clients at their own expense as the company has no provision for cars or transportation fare to ensure they carry out their duties. Paul Smith will inhumanely give Relationship Managers unrealistic targets and when it is about time to pay salaries, he would direct his colleagues in crime - Executive Assistant - to send a mail, telling them they failed in meeting their target and won't be paid - even on the first month at work!

The company would borrow money from staff to fuel its generator and eventually owe salaries, up to 6 months. Frustrated, the staff would be tempted to react which may lead to their sack. Some other staff would resign and not get paid.

In less than a week, new interviews will be held and these vacant roles will be filled by innocent job-seeking Nigerians. The cycle of woes would go on and on and staff wouldn't be able to report, even after leaving, as a result of non-disclosure and confidentiality signed with the company.

Investors Woes

ISmashTrades is Smash Group's imaginary 6-in-1 investment arm bordering on Logistics, Agriculture, Real Estate, Transportation, Haulage and Forex Trading.

Intending investors are promised up to 30% ROI in 6 months and up to 70% ROI in 12 months. The company, in turn, imaginally, puts in the monies invested on its Logistics business of just 2 bikes and poor delivery service, or its non-existent estates and piggery farms.

Credible evidences capture the CEO Paul Smith affirming that the company has no official records of investors and is owing them in their numbers.

Aggravated investors would come banging on thee gate at different times demanding their monies to be paid. A recent scenario was that of a woman who was shut out and not allowed entry into the company's premises in Lekki. After hours of waiting and being harassed by Security officials, the investor was allowed in at the close of business so staff could leave for their homes but never granted access to the CEO. The CEO was said to be unavailable but was locked up in his office.

Social Media Pages
The company has opened new social media pages after an aggrieved staff took down @smashlogisticsng @ismashtrades and @smashrides_nigeria on Instagram.
