PoliticsNeed To Designate Parking Locations On Ibadan Roads by Soary(op): 1:20pm On Jun 21, 2013
As it is, Oyo State Government does not want to see any car parked on any main road in Ibadan. Definitely, parking at some locations will cause traffic jams, pose danger and will be against regular traffic rules. However, there will also be some locations along the roads where parking can be accommodated, after due consideration of relevant factors. At such locations, parking slots should be clearly marked. This will be better than the current blanket ban on parking. Allowing such selective location parking will help life and commerce. I hope Oyo State Government will consider this suggestion for action.
