..ya...strip and pad for the area that will carry the pent floor while you use only strip in areas that would stop at the ground floor...

. Ya columns and beams are just for the portion that will bear the pent floor load.

....plastering isn't just about covering the the blocks and holes...It's the first phase of finishing and must be properly taken care of
