And then came the full finishing after the doors and windows installations

Finally came the installation of the roofing sheets and outside plastering.....No be rocket science

The kingpost was located and the dropping of the hips began and gradually it started taking shape

And then came the roofing stage

Then we completed and polished the concrete fascia and geared up for roof framework

And after the penthouse lintel and leveling, we proceeded with the full fascia installation.

Then We got to the lintel stage of the the pent floor and started the installation of the ground floor fascia( we used precast concrete fascia)
NB: I use precast concrete fascia only on cases where I presume the the it's a bit too complex for the carpenter to give me a clean formwork...

Hello everyone......glad to be here a gain.....so sorry I couldn't keep up with the update because of time factor...have been soo very busy..
Am happy to inform you that this job is 95% completed....And I will be using this little opportunity to finish the update from our archive....good day!

I go follow this thread bumper to bumper. Pls was soil test carried out b4 work began? And why was pad footing used in the foundation?

...no there was no need for a soil test as we are already conversant with the locality.
