I took folic acid every day from day1 if my cycle.
Hubby and I took the weekend to a neighboring town during my ovulation window just to spend time together and avoid distractions from our toddler.
I prayed and spoke positive about it. Infact I did all the research and switched my period tracker to pregnancy mode. God bless all the mamas here and give BFP and babies in Jesus mighty name.

Please mother in the house. Is it possible for one Bp to be high even when such person do not give room for thinking? Have been having some pains at my left arm of recent so I took myself to a lap to check Bp only to be told it 160/90. Now have been told to avoid any stresful job from now till end to come back and redo it to see if it just stress.
Please Don't Read And Pass, I beg choke mouth for my mattar. Tanku you, lol. Can you be ttc without thinking consciously or unconsciously? Believe your doctors especially with the symptoms you have already. Work with your doctor and you will be fine. |

Vitex can help too though it works gradually. If you have regular AF. Please run away from vitex. It has shown to mess up your monthly circle especially for those with regular menses. |

Somebody help me explain what could be happening to me, period was late for 3 days with light cramps for almost a week ago which has never been a symptom of menstruation for me.Today period just came when I was already planning to test, what could be the reason for period coming late if I,m not pregnant.My HSG says I have mild hydrosalphinx is it something I should worry about.mamas please help with answers ttcing is taking a toll on me It happened to me sometime. The day I made up my mind to go for test. AF showed up that morning  . I was told its stress. That AF came out at the day my soul and hormones where relaxed. Try and relax more. Sleep more.
