Victory at the Hawthorns would add a sixth league title to the Stamford Bridge trophy room and make Antonio Conte's men the first Premier League champions to benefit from the proceeds of the league's largest ever TV deal. Chelsea are set to receive a 72 per cent rise from the £87.3m they earned for last season's 10th place finish. The influx of cash from the Premier League's new £8.3bn TV deal will guarantee this year's champions just under £150m. That is a 65 per cent increase on the £93m earned by Leicester last season. Even basement club Sunderland, who are guaranteed to finish rock bottom this season, can at least console themselves with just under £100m in Premier League payments. The total sum received by each club is comprised of three streams. Each team is guaranteed an "equal share" of Premier League revenues, which include TV rights and centralised commercial contracts. On top of that, clubs receive "facility fees", determined by the number of times they featured on TV during the season. The third slice is based on league position. Last season every Premier League side was paid a £56m "equal share" payment. This year that figure will exceed £80m, while the merit payment paid to the champions will jump from £25m to roughly £40m. That represents a staggering 18,300 per cent increase on the £815,210 Manchester United banked in the Premier League's inaugural 1992-93 season and a 310 per cent increase from the £9.7m Chelsea earned when they first won the Premier League title under Jose Mourinho in 2005. Chelsea's other cash increases Chelsea's spending power will be further boosted by a return to the Champions League next season and the start of their £60m-a-year kit deal with Nike. Should they enter the competition as Premier League champions next season, Chelsea will be entitled to the biggest share of the TV money European football governing body Uefa allocates clubs based on where they finished last season. Chelsea star Victor Moses has won the PFA Fans' Premier League Player of the Month award for November, beating the likes of Sergio Aguero and Gylfi Sigurdsson.
More than 40,000 votes were cast in the poll, which was held on the Sky Sports website and apps, with Moses claiming a landslide victory with 18,756 votes.
Swansea's Sigurdsson came second with 7,791 votes, while Watford's Nordin Amrabat was third with 5,378 votes. Rounding off the top six were Sunderland's Victor Anichebe (3,642), Manchester City's Aguero (3,457) and West Brom's Matt Phillips (1,203).
The six candidates were chosen by our expert panel, which included Sky Sports pundits Peter Beagrie and Paul Merson, Mike Riley - general manager of the Professional Game Match Officials, and Malcolm Clarke - chairman of the Football Supporters' Federation.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has disclosed that it will deploy what it called “pin vending” for the 2017 UTME test registration.

This was made known by the board’s Head of Media and Information, Dr Fabian Benjamin, on Wednesday.

According to him the public especially prospective UTME candidates should start getting familiar with the new system as the board will no longer make use of scratch cards.

“Candidates wishing to register for the examination will just make online payment and get a pin with which they can upload their data.

“This new pin vending will be accessible through the options of web payment, ATM issued cards like Visa, Verve, and Master card, online Quick Teller, mobile application and Bank Branch case/card.”

He further mentioned that the board is working to ensure that some of the challenges experienced during the 2016 UTME won't re-occur in 2017 UTME.

He however added that is it does not mean that the examination will be hitch free.

The spokesman also said that the board would begin validation of UTME centres across the country soon to ensure they are up to standard.
