princechina: Power Tommy spin-off: release date, cast, plot and everything you need to know 24 January 2020, 15:10 Power's Tommy Egan is getting his own spin-off sequel series. Picture: Instagram/Getty Power's Tommy Egan, portrayed by actor Joseph Sikora, is getting his own sequel. Power's finale may be just around the corner, but it's not the end for one of the show's most beloved characters. Power actor Michael Rainey Jr. "sent hundreds of death threats" ahead of show's finale While there's already been rumours of a few spin-off in the works - including a prequel and a sequel - it looks like fan favourite Tommy Egan is getting his own show. Jospeh Sikora, the actor who portrays Tommy, posted a photo on Instagram of himself wearing a cap with the words "TOMMY SEASON ONE" emblazoned on it. Joseph Sikora teased the upcoming spin-off with a cap that reads "TOMMY, SEASON ONE". Picture: Instagram "Who’s READY?!!!!" he captioned the snap with a reel of fire emojis. Interestingly, Sikora tagged the location of the photo as 'Start of Route 66'. The iconic US highway spans across the country from the East Coast, where Tommy has always lived, to the West Coast. In the final season of Power, we see Tommy set this sights on California to relocate his drug business. Sikora's Power costars La La Anthony and Michael Rainey Jr. jumped in the comments with messages of support, while Power co-creator 50 Cent reposted the image. "My favorite character since season 4 TOMMY @josephsikora4 LETS GO!" the rapper captioned his post. However, STARZ are yet to officially confirm the spin-off, so don't get too excited. So far, the only confirmed Power spin-off is 'Power Book II: Ghost'. Also set in New York, the show stars Mary J. Blige and is set just weeks after the final episode of the Power season six. if this is true then ghost is dead cos power book 2 is about ghost past. While Tommy season 1 is what happen to him in California |

Eruditor: I don't mean this disrespectfully, but are you sure you are a graduate?
I have to ask because I am surprised you don't know that the word "better" can be used as a verb even though it is also an adjective.
For e.g Although Norwich bettered City at Carrow Road they are not a better team than City.
Italicized word is the verb. Bolded word is the noun.
So Soyoncu can better VVD without being better than VVD.

BlueRayDick: I didn't really know much of the Pablo mari guy till this morning, tho YouTube videos may not be a true yardstick for judging how good a player is, but from the little I watched he's not a bad player.
He's 6 ft 3(just an inch shorter than van Djik who is 6 ft 4), he's a ball playing CB who is afraid of spreading the ball from the back to offensive players and he's quite good in the air.
My only concern is; he plays that same left side of CB where David Luiz thrives and I don't who will be Manning the position. Will David Luiz be shifted to the right hand side? Not to forget we have a certain Rob holding who thrives in that Same side of CB. In fact Sokratis seems like the only one in that CB role that plays on the right aside the injured chambers. Bros if this guy can displace luiz then it's good. After checking the last match again I concluded these guys are all the same, mustafi made a mistake and he foolishly added to it If this Mari can be good then we have 5 u-30 CB, it's time papa and luiz start looking for another club from next season, saliba is coming back from loan |

Kbs468: Spaniard in London to complete £7.5m Arsenal move as Arteta closes-in on first signing
According to the Daily Mail, Pablo Mari is in London to undergo his medical and finalise a move to Arsenal after a £7.5m deal was agreed to sign the defender from Flamengo.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has made no secret of his desire to bring in defensive reinforcements this month as Arsenal have continued to be a shambles at the back throughout the campaign.
Calum Chambers won’t play again this season after suffering a knee ligament injury, Dinos Mavropanos has been loaned to Nurnberg while Shkodran Mustafi proved yet again why he shouldn’t be anywhere near the first team following his error against Chelsea.
We badly need another central defender to help us during the second half of the season and Mykola Matviyenko has been linked in recent days but Shakhtar Donetsk are reportedly wanting around £30m for the Ukrainian international.
It appears Arsenal have looked elsewhere and Mari has now emerged as the man we’ve gone for as the Daily Mail are one of several news outlets reporting that he’s in London to undergo his medical ahead of a move from Flamengo.
The 26-year-old was videoed arriving at Heathrow Airport with Arsenal technical director Edu on Saturday afternoon and he confirmed the move was on after telling Goal journalist Charles Watts he was looking forward to joining Arsenal.
Sky Sports News are one of several media outlet claiming Arsenal will sign Mari on an initial loan with a view to making it permanent in the summer. However, the Daily Mail suggests it will be a permanent deal THIS month after Arsenal agreed a £7.5m fee with Flamengo.
Quotes have been circulating on social media attributed to the Flamengo president and he says it will be a permanent deal, but we can’t verify those comments right now. Either way, it looks like Mari is set to join Arsenal this month and he’ll become Arteta’s first signing since he arrived as manager in December.
The Spaniard joined Manchester City in 2016 but failed to make a first team appearance and spent time on loan at Girona, NAC Breda and Alaves before joining Flamengo for £1m last summer.
The 6ft 3ins centre back has been a great success in Brazil as he helped Flamengo win the Brazilian League and Copa Libertadores before narrowly losing to Liverpool in the World Club Championship final last month.
Mari is left-footed and plays on the left side of two centre-backs so he should add some balance to our back four – although it will be interesting to see who he plays alongside if Arteta sees him as a first team regular.
Obviously he’s not a huge house-hold name but he isn’t exactly ‘one for the future’ as he turns 27 this year, so you’d expect him to be pushing for the first team relatively quickly – especially with how bad we’ve been at the back.
Cc Sod09 Thanks boss Let's hope he will come good, my only concern was why did they loan out Dino when we were short of CB |
