Positions we need to strengthen this summer.

1. LB to fight for a starting place with Kolasinac.
2. RW & LW - not 10-like wingers. We need players that are strong/physical, fast, skillful (can dribble), and most importantly, they can give a wicked cross.
3. CAM or AM - we need a Silva or De Bruyne kind of player in our team. Someone that can create, defend, and score.

I know must people will crucify me for not adding CB. I intentionally omitted it, because even a blind man knows we need one. But something tells me we won't sign one.

Players get injured in training. No be only weight lifting and jogging dem dey do for training na, they get to work on tackling, interceptions, retrieving the ball etc in training. A player can get injured doing any of the aforementioned.

Emery is beginning to work on the team defense. Which includes keeping calamities like Lichsteiner and Mustafi away from the first team as much as possible and as injuries and suspensions perfect.

If Mustafi played yesterday, I'm sure he would have done one silly mistake that would cost of a goal or more , and we would be forced to start blaming Aubameyang for missing his chance, like we did against Tottenham in Wembley recently.

the defence is gradually getting it right but we want more.
Mustafi is a ticking bomb waiting to explode but I will like Emery to use the same set up he used against Watford for wolves game only that Papa will replace Dino.

At times I do wonder if the Guendouzi I watch is different from the one fans here watch ó. The Guendouzi I watch is slow in fact his speed may just be a little more than Fellaini. There are times he needs to make quick passes, but he touches the ball as many times as possible and he misplaces passes like most average midfielders would. He's not different from the other midfielders we have in the team. If by controlling the game u mean having the ball and shielding it from opposition players while running across the field, then maybe I will give it to him

If to say I know sef I for no waste time watch the match. I think Ancelotti has lost it for real. I was bemused seeing them doing the same thing over and over again without getting any meaningful result. Despite all their forward players being disadvantaged by their average height, they kept on crossing aerial ball from the flanks and Boscienly and Papa were always ready to nod it out or muscle them off respectively.

Seriously, I feel saddened seeing Tottenham ease into UCL semis yesterday, even if it's under fortuitous circumstances with the VAR thing and Ilorente hand ball to their third goal.

It reminds me how my dear Arsenal has fallen into doldrums of European football while small spuds are now locking horns with European bests this is traumatic to me. Here we are scrambling for Europa semis, while spuds are already in UCL semis, anyone in Arsenal still denying the shift in power in North London is only being delusional. We use to be the top club in London, Chelsea post Abramovic took that away from us, now we are no longer even the top club in North London, I know I'm wailing, but I just can't help it.

I blame our current sorry state to Wenger fans who insisted we hold unto an outdated aging manager losing touch of modern football, while clubs all around us(City, Spuds, Chelsea,Liverpool ) all got young dynamic younger managers who slowly pulled away from us and left us behind. If only we did the needful by sacking Wenger earlier when Klopp left Dortmund and was interested in Arsenal, it could have been us currently in Liverpool position.
