@violent, you did not get the point.Two things when the owner becomes all,MD,HR etc.One is may be the owner did not see the staff as being competent.secondly,the staff are competent but thats how the owner wan to run his company.The scenerio is the second option.The fact is that he dont want to restructure the company.he decided to run it like that.This is one man business.No HR,No accountant,No Admin etc.Ever since i joined the company,nothing like general meeting by staff.You may not undersatnd what i am talking about.So its not all about what one has done.

i want to know the meaning of that.Whoever has a genuine/mature contribution can say so.

There is this lady i know,she is my co-worker in the office,we are not in good term.We have quarrel and have misunderstandings with each other several time that we dont even talk to each other,we dont greet.She is full of evil.I dont like her character and many people hate her for that.I normally confront her over her bad attitude/character.For about four times now,this lady will appear in dream and will be romancing(-touching,sensitive park etc)each other but have never sleep with her both in dream and in physical.Instantly i will wake up.The irony of it all is that even in physical,i have neva for one day been attracted by the said lady.Seeing her atimes makes me feel i saw a devil incarnate,i have neva been moved by her emotionally.So whats the meaning of this?.

@Posakosa,@asha80,@ThiefofHearts.The fact is that my brother was not living with me before the marriage and he came to my house.All of us knows that Lagos is different from some other parts of this country accomodationwise.We are not from Lagos but we stay in Lagos and my brother in question have never been in this town called Lagos.This is the first time he has been in Lagos.So,coming to Lagos to seek for what he can do to keep body and soul together,i am the only one that serves as his first point of contacts in terms of accomodation and to put him through for stepping into the Center of Excellence.I appreciate all your advice.Cheers!!!!
