elyte89: JUST IN: Barcelona has been keeping an eye on Víctor Osimhen for a while, but Galatasaray will only hear offers from €140m. @yagosabuncuoglu #Transfers 🇳🇬🔎 Baba should just do what need to be done. All this transfer speculation means nothing.do your signing or stay put in Gala. I'm kind of disappointed in this team anyways. Ain't expecting any meaning full thing from them. It is time to enjoy their games and they will fade off... New generation will come and win us game |

Amedino99: Nah not together. I was aware of the time oganla himself announced nurudeen's sack or resignation? (cant remember which one). I dont really follow the league like that but i remembered that one. Just Surprised they are in the same team now. They both moved almost the same time. Coach Aworo moved first then Oganla follow suit. The chairman of the club make the move when they started the structural move of 3sc. |

TheSuperNerd: This is Coach Eboboritse Uwejamomere. Works with Super Eagles Head Coach, Eric Chelle as a Match Analyst and has also provided analyst service for the Super Falcons.
Eboboritse currently holds the UEFA A and UEFA Elite Youth A Licences.
His experience spans as follows: Former academy youth development coach at Millwall FC, Gillingham FC and Nottingham Forest FC in England.
A new dawn for the U17 National Team is here.
Will they allow him to work, scout his olayers, give him time to camp the boys and even if he fails allow him to stay for like 2-3yrs ... Not that he won't qualify and they will sack him cos of mot enough time to prepare the boys. The appointments is late already just have few weeks before the qualifiers |

TheSuperNerd: Breaking! Nigeria has new U20 and U17 National Team Coaches. The U17 Coach especially excites me and I hope he does great things as he is young and seems tactically sound. He is Sporting Lagos Academy Head Coach and A Current Super Eagles Match Analyst.
The NFF Executive committee have ratified the appointments of Abdu Maikaba and Eboboritse Uwejamomere as the head coaches of Nigeria's U20 and U17 men's teams.
Maikaba served as U20 assistant coach in 2019 & has coached several NPFL sides. 29 years old, Uwejamomere on the other hand, has worked as a match analyst for both Super Eagles & Super Falcons teams while having served as Head of Academy for Sporting Lagos. He's also a coach of stormers FC of Abk |

TheSuperNerd: Hi Great Thread of Nigerian Football, it is indeed a good day to be alive and be excited for what 2026 still promises.
Today is My Birthday and I want to remind everyone out there not to give up on whatever their dreams, aims, aspirations, project pursuits, goals, etc are. Victor Osimhen did not and look at him today and his story is still not done. John Mikel Obi did not and now he is a bonafide Nigerian legend. Rashidi "Rasheed" Yekini did not and he remains the one of the pinnacles among African Strikers today.
Lastly, on a flip note, Elyte89 is still not giving up on his Super Eagles job dream despite we all knowing how impossible it is and he is also not giving up on Nigeria heading to USCAMEX 2026 World Cup, so honestly what excuse you get?
Cheers to me and Cheers to us all.... God Bless You. Happy Birthday NerdStark of Nairaland. Wishing you nothing but greatness in life. Cheers Buddy! |

AndSunGorilla: Not impossible. The owner spent a lot of money on the CAF Champions league and yet they got disgraced. Or could it be because Ijaballi was distracted? They were not playing from home since the beginning of the season couple with distraction from Champion league and their coach. However, they have a new coach now |
