First of all, transform yourself by building up a good character, renew and reposition your mindset, the same mindset that blurred your youthful years needs to be worked on, else, you will keep making mistakes.

Once your mind is worked on, set plans and goals, achievable ones, towards your mid or to latest 40s, you should settle down and start a family
If you have a Job or funds, then there's still hope. Get a good plan and back up plan, latest, by 48, you should be equipped and be a better person.
