henlooma80: Desperation is what's driving Atiku around. He has changed parties many times. A good and visionary leader and politicians don't do that. He is not a leader neither is he a builder. Kindly read what Datti said about Tinubu and the Coalition. "I don’t yet see anyone in this coalition who can scheme and plan over 16 years. With all due respect to Atiku, he has contested consistently—this will be the seventh time. But tell me: is there anyone else in the coalition who will say, “Let it be the other person, and I will support them”? I’m yet to see that. Everyone seems only interested in their own candidacy. "But what did Tinubu do? He invested in Buhari, unreliable as Buhari was. He backed him—and after Buhari, he took over. He stayed committed for 16 years and took it in 2023. "Tinubu gave Atiku the ACN in 2007. Gave it to Ribadu in 2011. Backed Buhari in 2015. And waited until 2023 to take it himself. I’m saying: to defeat this phenomenon called Tinubu, you must do the unthinkable. "If this coalition—which I recognise—thinks it’s business as usual, it won’t work. It has to be less about individual ambition and more about Nigeria. More action, less talk. Because talk is cheap..." Datti July 3,2027 Daily Trust News |

Those who always complain of hardship do amaze me most of the time. To me, it really seems that their real problem is nothing more than INGRATITUDE because when you see them, you will notice that they are able to feed, cloth do those things that makes life worthy but they have to still complain. Some own cars and houses. I know this because whenever ever you try to offer help to them after watching themcrying of hardship, the same person then feels insulted and start abusing you, starts telling you that they can feed the whole of one's family, extended and even generation and you start to wonder. In essence that it's just INGRATITUDE laced with PRIDE. |

Anyways, the fact that Tinubu's fiercest opponents today were in the APC should tell you that there's no pathway to his re-election. He has lost voters and has not gained enough to make up for the lost votes. Don't forget he won with the slimmest margin of victory ever in the history of the country. El Rufai insulted Buhari a few days before he died. |

Love800: What do you mean by creativity in this context? Sincerely it is subjective. For example a Professor of Architecture can't be dependant on his salary to be able to buy such a car. That's a subjective example. Objectively a Professor should be able create value that makes money outside depending on salary alone. You could be a consultant for example, go into research in which your findings are a worthy. |

This is very interesting. I am not surprised though because in 2000 Buhari and Buba Marwa led a group from the North to Oyo State, the then Governor was Lam Adesina. It happened then that a city called Saki made a reprisal to Fulani attacks in which the Fulani can never forget because it was a massive reprisal that saw them eliminated in a large number. No Fulani till date doesn't fear Saki in Oyo State. |

bittyend: “I will be the first to concede that the Igbo as a group is not without its flaws. Its success can and did carry deadly penalties: the dangers of hubris, overweening pride, and thoughtlessness, which invite envy and hatred or, even worse, than can obsess the mind with material success and dispose it to all kinds of crude showiness. There is no doubt at all that there is a strand in contemporary Igbo behavior that can offend by its noisy exhibitionism and disregard for humility and quietness.” - Chinua Achebe in his book There was a country. Nobody's observation can be more accurate than the Greatest Igbo writer Chinua Achebe. So astonished how the word 'PROUD' was used many times because it is what it is. Mind you, there is nothing extraordinary that other tribes haven't achieved and far more but with quietness and humility. |
