Ya Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Powerful, the One who never fails those who put their trust in You… Ya Allah, for 13 years, I have wandered in the wilderness of job seeking, knocking on doors that never opened, seeking help from people who turned their backs on me, running from one office to another, presenting my qualifications—a Bachelor's degree, a Postgraduate Diploma, a Master's degree, and multiple professional certifications—yet nothing has come forth. I have humbled myself before those in power, seeking nothing but an opportunity to serve, yet even those who could help have dismissed me with excuses, some even daring to mock my struggle. A head of an agency, who had all the power to make a difference, looked me in the eye and claimed he had no authority to employ me!He belittled my efforts, telling me to find a handwork to do, as if his own children ever had to learn a skill for survival. Ya Allah, how many times have I swallowed my pain and walked away with my dignity bruised but my faith intact? I have exhausted all human connections, burned all my energy, ran in every direction, only to find that no one—not family, not friends, not influential figures—has the power to grant what only You can give! Ya Allah, my strength is gone. I have no more to give. But I know that when my strength is gone, Yours is just beginning! Ya Allah, You are the One who lifts the unknown to prominence. You are the One who grants Rizq from unexpected sources. I turn away from people and turn completely to You! Show Your Power in my life, Ya Allah! Surprise me with a befitting job in an unexpected agency, one I never even considered, one that no connection or lobbying could bring! Ya Allah, I kneel at Your Merciful door, my heart laid bare, my tears unseen by people but counted by You. I come to You as Your weak, desperate servant, knowing that only You can change my story. I have been rejected by men, but You never reject those who cry to You. Ya Allah, open a door for me in a way that will shock those who belittled my struggles! Let my testimony be a sign of Your greatness! Make a way where there is no way. Let my Rizq locate me in a manner that will be undeniable proof that You are Al-Fattah, The Opener! Ya Rahman, Ya Raheem! Because of this noble month of Ramadan, in which Your mercy overflows, in which You answer prayers, in which You uplift the downtrodden—let my situation change! Let this be my last Ramadan as a job seeker. Let my next Ramadan be one in which I return to You in gratitude for what You have done. Ya Allah, I have no power, no strength, no one else to run to. But I have You! And that is enough! Do this for me, Ya Allah, not because I deserve it, but because of Your infinite mercy, because of Your promise to never forsake those who rely on You, because of this blessed month of Ramadan. Aameen, Ya Rabbal ‘Alameen! |
Ya Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Powerful, the One who never fails those who put their trust in You… Ya Allah You know I don't have millions of naira to buy a job slot For 13 long years, I have wandered in the wilderness of job-seeking, knocking on doors that never opened, pleading with those in positions of power, hoping for an opportunity to serve my nation with my knowledge and skills. I have obtained degrees, certifications, and professional qualifications, thinking they would be enough, but time and time again, I have been met with empty promises, excuses, and outright rejection. I have watched as the children of the privileged walk effortlessly into prestigious agencies, given jobs on a silver platter while I, who toiled and sacrificed for education, am told to "find a handwork." A man in authority, who had the power to help, looked me in the eyes and said, "I have no power to employ you," deceiving himself while thinking he was deceiving me. Ya Allah! Is it a crime that I was not born into a wealthy family? Is it a sin that I chose the path of hard work and knowledge instead of shortcuts and bribery? I have exhausted my energy, my connections, and my strength. I have run from pillar to post, spending what I do not have, chasing hope that keeps slipping away. I do not have millions of naira to buy a job slot like many do. I have only You, Ya Razzaq, Ya Fattah, Ya Malik-ul-Mulk! You are the Opener of closed doors, the Giver of sustenance, the King of all dominion. Ya Allah, I come before Your Merciful Door, kneeling, crying, and broken. I have no one else to turn to except You. You are my last and only hope. Show me Your Power, open a door for me in a way that will leave people in awe of Your Qudrah. Give me a befitting job in an unexpected agency, with or without connections, because You alone are the Best of Planners. Ya Allah, in this noble month of Ramadan, the month of Mercy, Barakah, and Rizq, let Your divine intervention locate me. Let Your decree come to pass in my life. Let this journey of pain and frustration end in victory and joy. Do not let my efforts go to waste. Do it for me, Ya Rabb, because You alone can. Ameen, Ya Rabbal ‘Alameen! |

Good evening, please be very careful on the type of your personal information you are giving out here in the platform. You can give out information here without mentioning names pls. It is unnecessary to mention the department of the director you gave your cv to, don't mention the course you studied or your name. Just avoid mentioning your personal information and that of those helping you. E get why!! Exalted30: |
I think from what the Deputy Director human resources said there's light at the end of the tunnel. If you're the only candidate from your state then congratulations in advance. If really they have presence across all the 774 local government as he claimed then they need more workers. teekay22: |
360degreess:Just continue praying, if truly he told your connect such then be rest assured that you're a special candidate |
Orlando22:Aameen...All of us here will be in by God's Grace( |
Omuka:drop your WhatsApp number |
Expertee23:The test is not a formality, please stop discouraging people, it is not everything that's connection, I don't have any connection it is only Allah that connected me to the DG and I am very much sure that so many people invited for the APT will get the job connectionless |
360degreess:Yes... Please if you've been invited for the REA APT signify let's connect |
Daklo: Aameen! Madam it seems you are new in this country called Nigeria. Nigeria has never happened to you that's why you're talking like this. In fact let me shock you that the new list been compiled by DG himself will not carry your name, mark my word. Your eyes will soon be clear..In fact so many people who submitted their CVs recently will make up the list and APL will only get to those whose connection are with God and presidency at last. You will learn a lesson from this my words. SEC was about to call 70 people for APL when the DG was removed and replaced, guess what?! The list containing the names of the lucky ones is already in the dustbin.. Orlando22: |
