I posted earlier about my disfigured tecno phone.
For some reason, I wasn't willing to spend the amount of money they were calling to repair it.
It's lying in my drawer now.

Good thing is, a relative of mine promised to send me a new phone.
I'd actually told him the specs/exact type and model I need(ed).
But just this afternoon, I looked up GSM Arena (opinions) and I didn't like the reviews I was getting for LG L90 Dual D410.

So I thought to seek varied opinions on which 50k budget phone to go for.
I would have opted for good solid chinese phones, but I don't think such would be obtainable in the UK.

So I think a known brand would suffice or an unknown brand even.

I just want an:
Android Kit-Kat
Superb Camera and Screen display
QuadCore (above 2.5GHz)
Better Battery Life.
and other nice effizzies

Even Jellybean OS doesn't have transparent statusbar functionality..., Google started including that feature in their OS from KitKat....

@Op your phone is a gingerbread like the others have said, the playstore is gingerbreads playstore, and music player too. Samsung Galaxy jelly bean music player is not like that guess they couldn't clone that part because your phone is gingerbread. Ever wondered why you can't take screenshots the normal way Android 4 nd above take screenshots It's because your phone is GINGER BREAD, that's why you have to download a screenshot app. OK y don't you try if this JELLY BEAN APPS work on it? Download whatsapp+ and BBM+ apk. If they both work, den it's JELLY BEAN. I don't usually talk to much, but........

I totally agree with you but what can be done? Air travel can't be stopped or else the economy will suffer, I guess the only solution now is to tackle this problem at the root.

I'm proud of Nigeria stepping up with 591 volunteers about to be deployed to Liberia, if other countries can stop seeing this is an "African problem" but rather see it as a global one, then we can employ an "all hands on deck" approach.

My suggestion is more countries should get involved and nip this thing in the bud, it's time for the world to come together, break racial/economic barriers and stand as one.
