Does TLS follow the Appointment Time? Also, the portal is forcing their Primetime and Premium Lounge services on me.

Is there a way to go around it? or I just have to pick one.

Green Africa Airline council my PH/LOS to and fro flight twice and I apply for refund, is almost two months now that I applied for refund and no refund has been made, I have called them several times, i have send several mails with no result.

Please has anybody ever been refunded by Green Africa Airline? How long did it take and how did you go about it?

Please I will so much appreciate any response, my 200k is with them and they don't want to refund it

send a new mail and "CC" all these people. Make sure it's the same email and not separate/individually.
