WE DUMPED APC TO WORK FOR YOUR VICTORY IN BENDE COMMUNITY- FORMER APC CHIEFTAIN TO CHIMA ANYASO.

The opposition All Progressives Congress in Bende yesterday suffered another setback when a chieftain and members of the party decamped to the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP during a Rally in Bende community. The former APC leader stated that they had come to work for Dr Chima Anyaso’s Victory. The decampees led by Elder Jerome Okorie a ranking member of Ben Kalu’s campaign organization admitted that they had to join the winning team in other to bring development to Bende community. He Stated that from all indications Dr Anyaso is the favored candidate in the House of Representatives race for Bende Federal constituency And therefore it would be a futile effort on their part to toil in vain for the APC which he described as a failed project.

The rally which held in the home town of the APC candidate and attracted a large crowd of supporters, was in consonance with the ward tour campaign of the PDP.

Speaking at the rally, the man of the moment Dr Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso challenged the people of Bende to vote PDP as appreciation for all the benefits they had reaped from successive PDP governments. He reminded them that PDP had given their son Ben Kalu the opportunity to lead when he was made TC Chairman and he failed woefully, leaving nothing to be remembered for.
Dr Anyaso insisted that his opponent did not mean well for his people in Bende. reminding them that it took he Dr Chima Anyaso’s intervention to restore their electricity in Bende town after almost 6 months in darkness and instead of support, his opponent sent thugs to go and disrupt the power reinstallation project which by the grace of God is nearing completion today.

Dr Anyaso assured the people of world class performance when he assumes office. He also promised them that he would never let them down if they vote him. He implored them to vote Dr Okezie Ikpeazu and Senator Mao Ohuabunwa assuring them that voting PDP all the way will bring unparalleled development to their community where even their own son could not do any tangible project when he had the opportunity.

Other notable PDP stalwarts who spoke at the event also spoke in line with Dr Chima Anyaso’s submission and encouraged the people to see PDP as the only party which could guarantee their safety and attract development to the people. The deputy speaker Of Abia State House of Assembly Dr Cosmos Ndukwe pleaded with residents of Bende community to come out enmass on Election Day and vote PDP from presidential elections to Senate, to House of Representatives, governorship and state house of assembly. He said that the level of insensitivity that the APC Government has exhibited shows that it doesn’t mean well for Ndigbo therefore the thought of supporting or voting them should jettisoned and abandoned at the polls.
They shared campaign materials and gift items to people who attended the rally and thanked them for coming out in large numbers to support the PDP.

Dr Chima Anyaso’s power reinstallation project in Ozu Abam scaled a major hurdle today.
The massive project which will restore electricity to 5 communities including the home town of his opponent mr Ben Kalu commenced fully today with the installation of gigantic high quality concrete polls which will carry high tension cables to transmit 33KVA electricity to feed the lines running across the five affected communities.

This ambitious project sponsored by the PDP candidate for Bende Federal Constituency Dr Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso has generated serious controversies as his opponent from the APC considers it a slap on his face that Dr Anyaso will come all the way from Igbere to restore electricity to his own village.
Mr Ben Kalu in a desperate move to stop the laudable project, today sent his thugs to the site of the power reinstallation project with a singular assignment to stop the project at all cost. The armed bandits arrived the scene in a branded campaign vehicle belonging to the APC candidate wielding weapons and looking ready to cause mayhem.

Their plans were however thwarted as youths of Ozu Abam, the host community who had been put on red Alert following similar incident which had happened the previous day came prepared to contain the bandits. On their arrival, the thugs sent by Mr Kalu of the APC met a stiff resistance from Abam youths and vigilante group who had come out solely to see that the project and installation of polls went smoothly without disruption.

The presence of Abam vigilante group and youths scared the thugs who noticed that they were outnumbered.
Speaking to newsmen, the engineer at the site lamented that it is beyond shameful that Mr Kalu will send His thugs to disrupt a project that will restore light to poor masses in his community who need it. Stating that whereas the politician could afford to run his home and business on generator, there are poor masses who couldn’t afford to fuel their power generating sets even they owned one.
A villager who was present at the scene of the incident posited that if Ben couldn’t have the heart to fix the power situation why can’t he step aside and allow Dr Chima Anyaso who is known for such philanthropic gestures to do it? Villagers and passersby who witnessed the Altercation expressed their disappointment in the desperation being exhibited by the APC candidate.

Speaking to delegates sent by Dr Anyaso to inspect the the level of work done and appraise the quality of materials being used, the contractor assured of timely completion of the project.

DR CHIMA ANYASO INTERVENES AND RESTORES ELECTRICITY IN HIS OPPONENT’S VILLAGE AFTER 6 MONTHS IN DARKNESS.

The enemy of free education and APC house of representatives candidate suffers yet another humiliation from Dr Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, Candidate of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party PDP, for Bende Federal Constituency in Abia State. Dr Chima Anyaso who is a well known philanthropist and community development enthusiast added yet another feather to his crown on Friday 17th January 2019 when he mobilized engineers for the restoration of power to Abam and Bende Autonomous communities who have been in darkness since August 2018.

Dr. Chima Anyaso made this commitment when leaders of the affected autonomous communities paid him a visit to seek his assistance in resolving their many months of darkness. The delegation led by His Royal Highness Eze Patrick Ude of Bende autonomous community, told Dr Anyaso that they decided to approach him having seen that he is a man who is interested in the development of Bende. Stating that they had hoped that he would do for them like he did for Itumbuzo where he also carried out power reinstallation project few weeks ago. Bende which is home to the opposition APC candidate mr Ben Kalu is a PDP stronghold and also very key voting bloc for Dr Anyaso who has garnered a strong support base in the community.

Dr Chima Anyaso in his response told the delegation that he understands the importance of electricity to the development of any community and therefore he would not hesitate in granting their request. He undertook to fund the project and immediately mobilized engineers to site assess cost and commence work.

At the time of filling this report, electric poles and all the other heavy electricity reinstallation equipment had been supplied and installation has already commenced.

Why does he want to take away the privilege of free education from the children of the poor and needy in the society? Is this politics or just pure hate and wickedness? Ahuoma Anyaso Foundation provides free quality education to over five hundred children so how can a man who claims to love Bende threaten to shutdown such a school all in the name of politics?

Whereas I may not excuse his language, Dr Anyaso who is a role model and an inspiration to the youth is also human and looking at the circumstances surrounding his outburst I may be forced to condone and forgive him.
