Somalis are a hybrid in between white and negroid. That being said we have nothing to with negroid, as genetically we have much dna with berbers and arabs Our language is afroasiatic same as ethiopians, arabs, jews Ofcourse we are most related to ethiopians- definately not kenyans unless your talking about the somalis in kenya but after somalis/ethiopians we are more related to arabs/north africans ......we have nothing in common with a negroids like nigerians, definately not looks, culture, language, history. afrocentrics worship us and begg us to claim the black race........but this is just so they can say they have achieved something other than picking cotton 7 days a week for 500 years |

Honestly i think white people chose her as a model to appease and backslap blacks who complain that their are not enough models who resemble them, cause most of the super models are ethiopian, somali, eritrean or have a mixed look to them. I watched an interesting video of a black man describe how alek wek was used and made fun of because of her dark and black features. She is never in any sexxxy poses and always looks very militant and angry, where as biracial looking models, somali, ethiopian, mixed blacks are portrayed as seductive. Ironically enough i dont know why its blacks who are complaining about her though. Because the same blacks were complaining on why Ethiopian Models are taking over as the new standard of beauty for black woman, even though ethiopians look nothing like the vast majority of blacks. |

I believe no other race has been mistreated or enslaved as much as the negro. Yet he is still not angry and only cares about those new shoes and rap music.
