Nigerians can still correct this mistake of a president we have today by voting for Peter Obi in 2027 if we genuinely want this country to work. |
What's the value of UAE investments in Nigeria? UAE is a just a place Nigerians go to import, import and import, taking away the USD we don't even have in this country. Those who go there to work will have to spend 30 years to become citizens. Why is lifting this visa ban important? Make it make sense. When I become president, I will bar Nigerians from entering many countries in Asia, South America and Middle East. |
Multichoice had the guts to increase their fees for a service that is NOT pay as you watch because Nigeria is a country where anything goes and they don't have serious competitors. |
This is the same Buhari whose baboon blood comment led to the death of many corps members in the North after 2011 elections. If Jonathan had some guts, that comment was enough to get the ICC to pick him up and keep him busy and Nigeria wouldn't be in this economic mess today. Lily-livered men should stay out of politics. |
I have yet to see a Nigerian who became a billionaire by buying shares like Warren Buffet. For me, there are things we aren't just matured enough to do. I could be wrong, but that's what I think because most Nigerian companies die the moment their founders kick the bucket. Most times, big Nigerian companies are handed down by their founders as parting gifts to their irresponsible rich kids who know zilch about how to run a business. In the end, they will crash the company and investors will bear the brunt. So, if you must buy stocks, follow news around Wall Street and make an informed decision from it. Or you can invest in S&P 500 through Nigerian companies/brokers that help Nigerians invest in the US stock market. Stop wasting your money investing in Nigerian companies; Nigeria is not a serious country. |
Only delusional BATerians still argue that Escobar hasn't destroyed Nigeria's economy yet. |
People attended that game, but the stadium wasn't filled to capacity (brim is incorrect). I believe that people are now watching these local games because the EPL and other European leagues have ended. |
Only BATerians still argue that Escobar hasn't destroyed Nigeria's economy yet. |
There's a ministry of women's affairs in Nigeria, but nothing for men. |
Tinubu and APC are employing the tactics that has worked for Lagos State guber election for several years. From Igbos trying to take over their oba place to Igbos saying that Lagos is a no-man's land, all politics is centred around Igbos in Lagos. Sadly, this has worked and they have brought the same madness to national politics. Rest assured that nothing will happen. Those same people he's trying to instigate against the Igbos are still battling with the bad leadership he caused across the board. Na person wey chop beleful dey fight. Thankfully, bad leadership doesn't spare anyone and some Nigerians understand this strategy. |
helinues:If that's all you could understand from the comment you quoted, then you need someone to explain it to you. PS: I won't reply you again. |
helinues:It is the failure of the military and other security operatives that emboldened the likes of Simon Ekpa. There have been several media reports of the herdsmen attacking states in Nigeria, destroying farmlands, raping women, butchering people who tried to challenge them and burning houses. This is something several states still go through today. When the people try to retaliate, soldiers are deployed to protect these folks. There have been several reports that herdsmen who were caught bear arms supplied from military barracks. The NA's serial numbers inscribed on the guns indicate their sources. Unfortunately, everyone cannot be as quiet as Benue people who allow the marauders to kill them and even threaten to take over their ancestral lands while they watch helplessly for years. Funnily enough, the government doesn't even consider these attacks as a serious issue. Because mutual suspicion has lived with Nigerians since 1967, it's only natural for people to think that the military (which is dominated by people from the north, anyways) is helping these marauders take over people's lands and further their expansionism agenda. In the East, we will resist that with the last drop of our blood! |
kestolove95:Yes, the army should do that after wiping out your entire family and community first! Ezi Ohia! |
Samunique:Stupid people full this country, I swear. If una never accuse Igbos of anything, una no go rest Useless countrymen! |
Nigerian bloggers?! Is this really necessary?! 🙆 |
Politicians, emirs and law enforcement officers can play politics all they want, but they shouldn't hurt innocent citizens in the process |
People get angry and fight. Not a big deal. He will calm down las las. |
Risingblue008:Those guys are sooo fine. |
Remman:No, we should be looking at alternatives. Let's focus on building power infrastructure, improving electricity supply and making EVs. Many countries have formulated auto policies to phase out combustion engine cars. Nigeria can do the same. Better still, motorists should use CNG cylinders in place petrol engines. We cannot continuously build our economy on petrol subsidy. It's not sustainable. |
RepoMan007:If they don't rescue that ram asap, it will die of cold. I wonder how they could be that careless to allow the ram fall into that deep well. |
Governor Sanwo-Olu always looks and dresses smart! 👍 |
This lady will definitely become a politician in the future. Congratulations to her! |
ryloy:Oga, move on. Elections have come and gone. You should be more worried about Escobar destroying Nigeria's economy and chasing away many foreign companies without attracting new ones. To the news, I hope it wasn't that FBI agent who instructed Escobar that he should drop the tax fraud charges against the Binance guy and clear him for release. |
This tournament is as interesting as the World Cup. Groups B and D games will be interesting to watch |
Na this kind comment dey cause problems for SLS |
Ignore SEC's warnings at your own risk. Don't invest and when it crashes, you start complaining that the government isn't serious or that Davido defrauded investors because he's rich and connected. |
TemplarLandry:They are not leeches. They buy the gas. Nigéria sells gas to countries that need it for power generation and other uses. |
Goodvibes007:What threw that dude behind bars has nothing to do with the Igbos. He was talking nonsense about Evangelist Ebuka Obi and the preacher used his team of lawyers to put him where he belongs. |
If this criminal had succeeded with this scam and returned to Naija, he would have set our social media space on fire. How can you defraud Americans $5.6m and think you won't be caught when you still live in their country? |
Recovered loot is not a source of income anyone can plan with. Governors should be borrowing money and investing in productive ventures that yield money for the states. That's how you grow your IGR and depend less on Abuja handouts. |
GanagiBitrus:That's not entirely true. Many Nigerians would rather move to Lagos empty-handed, sleep under the flyovers and hope that a destiny helper will change their story instead of farming in their villages to earn a living. I like the idea of FG acquiring lands and using prisoners to cultivate them. |
