I believe you that there are no Igbo's in rivers state just like there are non in Abia, Imo, Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi states. Delta is only home to itshekiris while Lagos is a no man's land.
Yoruba's are even a minority in Lagos and Kwara belongs to Hausas.
