Fashola is the minister in charge of road construction among other things, so it's his job.

Stop lying mr Man ikoyi-lekki bridge is always busy from monday to sunday most especially on weekends.
The bridge is just stone throw away from my house at ruxton ikoyi.
When it's 4pm the bridge always cause traffic to vehicles coming from falomo to parkview and. banana island.
At times the traffic can last up to and hour.
