Here is my understanding of wealth creation

Wealth creation is intimately tied with value creation.
One of the ways in which value is created is when it fulfills a need or want of a section of a population.

This is very correct.

Everyone can come up with various definitions however Whenever the Subject "Wealth Creation" is to be interpreted, we all think about " MAKING MORE MONEY."

I will vote for this

Now, To The Bone of Contention.

How do We Alleviate The Poverty of Hunger And Starvation in Nigeria?

A common feature of strategies that seem to have worked involve a combination of
Social Security mechanisms (like food aid, subsidized access to food, shelter and health services, employment guarantee schemes

Revamping and strengthening Livelihood systems (either by strengthening small holder agriculture systems

Agriculture to services or moving from agriculture to manufacturing .

It must be acknowledged that this often helps those who are NOT the poorest of poor but those in the next tier(s) of poverty.

Investment in the future - which forms a critical component. This includes investment by donors and governments in agriculture, investor friendly policies and improved governance.
