Hello House, please I need an ur help, I submitted my Passport request documents via dhl and it’s been delivered to vfs office since yesterday and I have not got any email from them , I just learning from someone that I need to write my email on the data page which I didn’t do, but wrote it on a white sheet of paper along with it. I want to know who will call me for rejected return document,vfs or dhl?

I didn't write on the passport data page but I wrote on a piece of paper.

DHL said my documents is in the Abuja office. I am thinking of going to get it back on Monday to submit myself.

Hey bro. I know it’s been a while, I think I just did the same mistake you did last year. I sent my documents via DHL and it’s delivered to vfs today Monday. I forgot to write my email on the data page but I wrote on a white sheet of paper. My question is when did dhl called u to come pick up the return document? a day after? or when?

Is this necessary since there is no column where they ask if someone has been denied before ..maybe u can show us ur refusal letter back then where it states u r denied for refusing to reveal your US visa denial to clear doubt!

Bro. You have to declare your past us, uk, ausssie and NZ past refusal, they are called the four big eyes, they share immigration data. Find below my refusal letter from 2023

Please was US and UK specifically mentioned? And what years where you refused the visas?

U.S 2014,2016… uk 2021. just wrote refusal and mention the year, that’s all.

@AfricanKel,wanted to just know what the reason might be, I was thinking maybe because my visa expires 2016 July and I applied again 2016 September. Maybe the months seems to be too close? It’s just funny at that time.

hello house, 2016 I was given 3 month multiple entry, I went to SA once spending 10days then the visa expired. 2017 I applied again, this time with my wife and kid, when I went to pick up our passports, my wife and my kid were issue visa but mine was not issue and no refusal letter in the package. Was that supppse to be an error from them or what does that mean “?

@mojisolani. Do understand my question at all? The application is not in yet… I am saying is that suppose to be 2 refusals or 1 since I am principal applicant to one..or is that 2 us refusals Pls read my previous write up again

Hello Housw. Please I need your quick clearification, 2015 I was refused US visa as principal applicant, 2017 applied again and was refused, this time my wife was the principal applicant and I spouse, does this still me I have been refused twice? I appreciate your response.

@mojisolani. thank you as I have said I am not sure if it’s 3 or 2 times us refusal, I am sure of 2 and secondly I do have South Africa Visa on my old passport, but was refused SA visa when I wanted to go again in 2017 on the same old passport, do I have to mention that as well.? I thought Canada only have eyes on the big 4, us,uk,new zealand and Aussie. Can u clear me on that?

I am using an immigration representative in Canadai paid for. I hope they will be able to figure that out for me? because I mention it to the representiave but they just look away. Oh b4 I forgot dis is my second application, I was refused 2022 for not disclosing uk refusal, not even the US refusal. But i indicated dis time with my Us refusal which I am not sure maybe is 2 or 3. Very complicated situation I am in. But the lawyer immigration in Canada seems comfident and just ask for my bank statement twice now
