The Only recognised version of the Glorious Qur'an is Uthmani Edition and it is used throughout the whole world.all other ones are just mere translation to convey qur'anic meaning to People like you.So,there is no point in picthall,Yusuf ali's translation.

The hadith is not like the Quran it must have descrepancy, so wetin be your own.

As for ibn ishaq and tabari and co their books is called Siratul rasul and not hadith, they emerged in the later centuries unlike bukhari, muslim etc who were tabiun tabiun i.e those who saw those who saw the people that saw the prophet.
