They're asking you to appeal the card before you can use it. What that means is that they want to prove the ownership to know whether it belongs to you or someone else.

All you have to do is click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an appeal in respect of the virtual card. Note ,however, that the acceptance of your appeal is a function of your ability to understand and interprete their requests (on the appeal page) and then supply them with relevant information. Else, they'd decline it.

First the compromise is as full duty,customs just use the avenue to extort money from we agent because when the compromise involve its also as real duty ure been giving to pay,but they use that channel for business opportunity to their own pocket,that's why u see FOU too on the road when ever they stop u,they'll want to show muscle cus they understand u did the right thing with settlement in the port to get ur vehicle cleared but extortion can never be deleted in their working skills

What I just want u to understand is that when ever a particular vehicle is gasset to pay an actual duty and ure been convinced that u can as well go for compromise,the compromise duty is the actual duty
