Re: Massive Hippopotamus Killed In Lokoja by Phraences: 5:33am On Nov 09, 2022 |
I don't believe in animal cruelty cos we kill chicken and turkey here for food. I also don't mind animal testing in cosmetics industries. But i believe we should not kill and try to preserve endangered species. But are Hippos endangered? Pablo Escobar Hippos still dey there dey breed up and down!!! 1 Like |

Flood effect is the cause. The Hippos may not have been at that place prior to the flood. The relevant government agency may have to look at the ongoing irregular hunting's though |

Did OP say "Another Hippo"? Meaning they'd been killing them before now? What a waste. How can we be deliberately depleting our natural treasures? The responsible Government agency should act fast. I hope they see this news. Really sad. Yes hippos are very aggressive but that's because they're very territorial and often underestimated because they're cute herbivores. That's no justification to kill them. |

You're the one in the zoo and you and animals have equal right in Germany. In fact, in some countries, the animal has more right than you. Animals are supposed to be food. It's when people became deluded that they started protecting their food and giving their food more right than people like them. Urheadmaster: 1 Like |

I'll not trade insults with you. Stop seeing yourself as a slave. In July 2022, snails were seen on the streets of a state in the USA, you know what happened? Those snails were eradicated by use of pesticides, reason is, it poses a treat to vegetation. Do you know these snails were AFRICAN GIANT SNAILS, so I leave you with your thought, hoping it still reason positively. Thecoverman: |
