I talk to myself most of the times involuntarily then realised immediately and stop. This has happened not just once or twice. I also noticed most of my statements are not completely correct like it used to. Maybe whenever I am conversing I used wrong words when I know I could have used a better words for it. I forget alot and sometimes I talk out of point.

This has been affecting me so bad because since I have realised it I feel uncomfortable around people and can't Converse freely because I know I have involuntary glitches with my speech. Sooner or later they might noticed something is wrong with me by then it might be too late.

Right now I feel hotness in my head also from both ears like blockages.

I need advise on what to do please before this gets critical.
