I will leave on Monday as well 8:40am flight from Abj South Africa airways, but final destination is Sydney. Possibly we might be on the same plane.

I just got my grant too. So the sunday ish is very true. Gold coast loading as I speaking. My orientation is tmao, I hope it doesn't mattere if I miss it coz I wan take my time arrange myself

I was refused initially on the ground that I applied for a BSc program instead of a postgraduate program.I did the needful by applying for a master's program and gave reason why I earlier applied for a BSc. This was the main reason why I was refused visa grant the first time. I covered all loop holes.

My grant story :I applied 4th may, visa was refused on 1st of June.
I reapplied on the 16th of June
Application was sent to Pretoria on 20th June
Grant received today been Sunday 17th June at about 1pm.
I walked this visa path two times,I almost lost hope, but I was issued grant on a Sunday.
God is awesome

Morning all,

God has won the battle for me! It's the Lords doing!
Grant landed this morning.

After a series of phone interview and email correspondence the CO finally gave way.

Lodged on 10th June
Got to pretoria 14th June
CO asked for medicals 24th June
Did phone interview 29th June


She asked for further documents from then till 8th of July. Anything she asked I gave her and she was surprised.

13th June she wrote she's ready to give visa but resumption has passed and that I should collect letter of approval from school for late resumption.

I got my CoE revised at 50 dollars. Sent it to CO yesterday

This morning grant came in!

To other hopefuls, you shall not be disappointed and your wait will soon be over.

Still waiting for my visa grant, Sims no one was granted visa today? I submitted on the 16th of June..
