A company can’t sponsor you for a private visit , it doesn’t make logical sense when it not a business trip . If you don’t have enough funds in your own account, it shows you may not be able to afford the trip since it’s for holiday and private visit.
It’s better to improve your personal finances and show stronger home ties before reapplying, especially since you already have strong ties to Canada and they may fear you won’t return especially in a situation ur mother arrived canada illegally via usa to claim asylum in canada as stated on ur previous post ur chance of gettjng visa aprroved is extemely tiny with ur current profile..

Good morning All, I'm sorry for asking too much, it's was because I was denied in June. In line of DIY, I do not have much in my account because I invested on properties but the Company I'm working with assured me on sponsoring me everything and I was given all needed letters and statement of account because I only wishes to visit my mom and return for 10 days.. No extension.. I got denied. Someone had advised me to have attached the Company account with mine. I dnt understand.. What does this mean pls.. He said I will do that from my bank. Can someone pls explain... Thank you

You may use an affidavit (statutory declaration) setting out the value of the property. List out your property and their values in an affidavit. I did that for my work permit application. It is accepted, rather than incurring unnecessary costs of getting a valuation report.

Good morning sir and ma... Pls I need a solution on how best to handle my brother's Biometric Appointment. I was the one that did his appointment for him and his date was last week 1.30pm, he got there 2.30pm and he was told to reschedule. I have been trying since yesterday because I was not happy with him after I warn him to get there on time but decided to act his own will.

Thank you. Another issue I'm looking is that my mom is on Temporary Residence because she recently won her asylum: although she is undergoing medication prior to her arrival to Canada. She crossed from United States to Canada before applying for asylum. Her health made her unfit to work.
The letter I submitted was from her Doctor in Canada that I need to visit her.

The company I work for. There is no reason for me to be refused.. Walahi. I have requested for Gsms. Maybe there are something else like my mom is not working in Canada.. Government is taking care of her. But I wrote that I will be going with my cash up to #15m for just 7days. I dnt want to go now. She had been pressuring me since 2023 but I cant leave my family here in Nigeria just for 1 days. I love my family so much.
Once I get the Gsms, I will share it here.

Good morning, and sorry for the visa refusal. For better understanding, when you say your company is fully sponsoring the trip, is this the company you work for or your own business/company?

Dnt look for any agent that will mislead you... We got alot of knowledgeable and good hearts here whom had shared there insights here from post. Kindly read from previous posts and learn. Do it yourself.

Firstly, you need to book an appointment before going for your biometric capture. The biometric letter is available on your profile
After your appointment is booked, you can travel to Lagos with your biometric letter, your appointment slip or confirmation letter, and your passport

Please don't use microfinance bank oo,someone was recently refused and when he got his gcms, reason stated was money not moveable from microfinance banks (cant be use for visa application because the bank is not commercial which is regular bank.

To my own understanding I think he was asking about Microfinance Banks/Microcredit Banks.

If that is the case; some people had used it and got approved whilst others were not.

You can decide to give it a try (A verifiable one) but you can support this with a Commercial Bank Account Statements (Otherwise known as the Regular Banks).

I got different opinions, I have read in this very forum when someone is going on vacation in another State in US and has a family in another state and was given visa. I think her approach to the question matter, she should have said, yes I got a friend in Massachusetts but I'm not visiting her this time as I want a time for myself alone. Vo know most Nigerian got family in US.

At last...I will be getting my renewed passport today and at the same time, i will be heading to the bank to get the visa fee paid and hopefully fill the form over the weekend. Now my concerns is this.. The NIS delayed me in getting my passport renewed and i will be going for a conference on the 10th of May. Just want to know if i can get an appointment date befor the day at the lagos embassy so that my 54k will not go just like that as i dont have no other reason for going to the U.S. Pls anyone who has recently book an appointment with the lagos embassy should pls feed me. I will advise you to at least look for another related conference because May 10th is not feasible. Within an hour from now who knows interviews date might be booked up to May 10th.. Just an advise. It's good to always have considerable time between desired programs in US and interview date
