Good morning, I am having an issue with an exchanger called @Drlaw Drlaw with the mobile number +15304248617 abd his email linktransaction2@gmail.com, I once had a Fiverr withdrawal with him using PayPal in which he had to add my email address to his PayPal account in order to receive the funds. He paid me 90% of the funds and asked me to be patient that he will balance it soon, on the 22 of February he then paid the balance of 3000 Naira. within this period of delay in paying my balance I had to withdraw from Fiverr using another Exchanger and I asked him to remove my email from his Paypal account so that I will be able to use another Exchanger, he told me he had removed my email, different exchangers tried numerous times to add my email for withdrawal but they told them it was linked to another account, I contacted Drlaw and he still said he had removed it but I didn't do the withdrawal again.
Now it is over a month and I tried withdrawing from Fiver on the 15th of March and the money was automatically sent to Drlaw PayPal account, I contacted him and enquired why my email was still linked to his account and he started telling me he has refunded the money back to my Fiver account which we all know it is not possible and that he can't make withdrawal from that his PayPal account.
Till this day he has refused to be responsible for what happened and has been ignoring my messages.
Please you guys should kindly assist with this issue, thank you.

It is over 3 days now and nothing has been done about this issue, I worked very hard for that money and I need it. If Nairaland cannot help me then it should be clearly stated, thanks.

Depends on level, level 1 is 72k, level 2 is 95k but also come with other benefits like 13th month, leave allowance and pension.

All these PayPal hammers I dey hear I still use strong head open and verified my PayPal to 80% within 24 hours. What I know is that PayPal shouldn't hammer you if you are not adding email for exchanging then you are free.


For people having another exchanger linking their Payoneer to his/her Fiverr... Open US PayPal account then verify it with your Payoneer US account details. Withdraw to the verified PayPal from Fiverr, withdraw to your US account (Payoneer) then sell your Payoneer for better payment to exchangers.
