Nigerias ATR 42 surveillance planes have been all over Niger airspace for the last one week. American reaper and predator drones are doing same. Satellites have been wheeled over Niger. The ecowas joint command has met. There is a structure and step by step orchestration going on.

These are several countries acting in concert not the NLC.
