I don’t need to consider anything here mate, this is literally talking about tourist visa, it has no bearing on many other forms of visa including the student one. Do you know how long it even takes to get an interview for a tourist visa with a very high possibility that you will not be given. This is just posturing meant to target the Nigerian elites who are the ones granted this kind of visa anyway. The poor man’s child still has to cough up the exorbitant tuition fees to be even considered for visa, and that has not changed as long as you are there for the purpose of study. Ghana has a much lower population compared to Nigeria and it’s citizens are less likely to overstay their visas in the US, that’s all their is to it.

No country not even any BRICs country offers full fully funded graduate programs to Nigerian students like USA does... Is not every student that goes to USA to school that pays tuition fees...
