I've toured Akwa Ibom extensively—Uyo, Ikot Ekpene, Abak, and even stayed in Etim Ekpo. After seeing Calabar and Port Harcourt, I can tell you for a fact: Akwa Ibom is the neatest and most beautiful.

You will barely see refuse dumps scattered on the streets. Their cleaning culture is top-tier. Calabar is a close second.
