The landlord, Ibrahim Ayilara 0802 076 0630 and the caretaker who happens to be his brother Lukman Ayilara are the most irresponsible people i have ever come across. They do not know anything about real estate or properties.

This said property was a new building when the tenants moved in, to the smallest things as bulbs, toilet cover, cabinets or wardrobe? None was provided in theentire building. ripping off Lagosians of their hard earned monies as rent. No tenant can say they enjoy their stay or is fulfilled with the monies paid. The total package was ridiculous, nothing compared to thinking it may be worth it! A total waste of money. Tenants were promised heaven and earth but none was fulfilled.

This man bought a property that has an inherited debtHe is says he will not pay a dime and that the tenants should share the debt and pay.

when you come they will tell you the light is good. The light is not Good. dont bother!

Do not Say you are not warned!

Come with an updated Resume/ Curriculum Vitae, two (2) Passport Photographs and a hard copy print out of this mail.

This invitation is a response to the Application / Curriculum Vitae you submitted which we are handling. You can recourse to us if you did not apply for such position to enable us manage your records properly.

I have a situation with a printer in Lagos. I wonder why all theres people with handwork always wnd up the same. Just a few have a good heart.

I saw his advert on Instagram @ MAX PRINTING +234 808 816 6109 and decided to patronize him.

I ordered for 100pieces of nylon bags and 50pieces of stickers for my business.

After two weeks, he delivered only 50 stickers with errors which i returned. No nylon bags!

Contacted him and complained. This man ridiculed
Me instead. Till date i have neither seen my 100 pieces of Nylon, 50 pieces of sticker or my money.

He has blocked my nos from contacting him and and blocked me on the said instagram.

People have contacted him and he has been so rude to them.

He says his shop is at Shomolu and has refused to provide the specific address.

Life is too short to be wicked!
