Not trying to discourage anybody who wants to sponsor but experience with similar people in the past as thought me some lessons

A lot of people have dormant funds that they will rather invest than keep in banks . But the fear of fraudsters is the beginning of wisdom.

First of all I want to enlighten everyone here. In Nigeria, many persons have dormant capital that they actually don't even have an ink to any businesses, therefore any business u see someone venture into as far as the capital demands is low maybe around 100k -350k, my brother the moment u start that business, expect competitors any moment and these are likely to be ur nearest shop tenant and before u know it u are having 4,5...7 competitors just around ur neighborhood and this is discouraging. But if u start any business which demand huge capital like 3,4,5M, .bros I bet u u will rily enjoy ur business comfortably. Like where I am I need capital for two businesses
1. Wholesales of food stuff and I will be the only one in that place I I av seen a vacant shop with the perfect location right now which I believe if set up will fetch me nothing less that 20k daily profit
2. I av 700k now and I need around 700K to start transport business within here which have a daily take home of 3,500.

I'm looking for an investor to fund a farm plantation business with an annual return of 6-8million annually. I'm looking for 2.5 Million.

My business model is my investor gets 100% the first two years as I'll be cultivating perennials. I. E if you fund the startup with 2.5M,im willing to repay 5Million at the end of first harvest and another 5 Million at the end of the second farming season.

I am willing to meet with my investor biweekly throughout the two years to give biweekly milestones and carry my investor along the entire investment duration.
