I got into Houston on the 4th of august and I declared I was here to have my baby even though I wasn’t asked purpose of visiting.
There were no questions about change of intent letter or anything close. Although I had tried to send a change of intent a couple of times prior to my trip but never got a response.

May I ask what did you inform them during your Visa Interview? Did you disclose your plans about delivering baby or it was just visit purpose?

I have my visa issued last year (I wasn't plan to deliver at that time), but I am thinking of delivering now in Sep 2024. Will I get in trouble at POE or will have trouble renewing my visa in future? Thank you for your time!
