Just got invite for the second interview, Lagos |
i would still advise people not to panic or to be worried, i believe someone here also said there was massive failure in the test, yet there were still a lot of people that were invited for the interview, i was also with a Fidelity Bank staff on Wednesday and he said we are much and it would be done in batches, there is no need to start thinking that you failed or anything cuz I believe we all gave our best at the interview, the HR lady also said on that day that they have alot of offices where we can be posted to, so there is no need to get worked up, just be patient |
Just be calm, prayerful, have faith and keep hope alive, my own thoughts are that we would probably start getting second interview invites from the end of July or beginning of August cuz I believe someone said some people hv first interviews tomorrow in Lagos, am sure they would probably want to hv another batch at the training school between now and the end of the year...so keep hope alive ✅✅ |
mayoor15:Done, thanks |
agrovick:Noted |
The Interview was an interesting one. i was already at Kofo Abayomi at 6:47 am, the security guys said they had a lecture going on and that we have to hang around til 8:30, a staff on her way to work saw some of us around that time as she arrived and told all of us to enter in. . . It was a 2 Men and a Woman Panel, altho one of the men never said anything. . . They first laughed about my name . then they asked me to introduce myself and i did, they asked wen I finished service, asked why i had not being doing anything since I finished service, told them i was running an IT program . . the man asked me as a Political scientist i shud tell him the problem with Nigeria. he asked my age and my state of origin, he asked me who the deputy governor of my state is and i told him. he asked me what is a score, a gross, a dozen, how many eggs are in two crates, then he asked me what is currently happening in Anambra state and he asked me a calculation but was not sure of the answer, he asked if i can work anywhere and that was how the interview went, i cud guess that the HR people were tired and the interview was nice, tried as much as possible to smile throughout cuz i felt that it was more about confidence and the boldness with which you answered and not her right you are . . Expecting positive feedback from them by God's grace |
For those yet to have the Panel Interview, got this from someone . . Walk in with a sharp smile on your face, look around the room quickly catching everyone in the eye, then say a good morning or good afternoon depends on the time and then keep standing wait till you are asked to sit. Sit up straight don't slouch!! Smile and sweep your eyes across the room again then let your focus rest on the person designated,to interview you..this person would be the one staring intensely at you and who asks you to introduce yourself. Now you would benefit by learning how to read people quickly, this would give you an edge by letting you know how to direct the conversation either brisk and official or semi casual and official or easy going and casual. |
Please those that have done the Panel Interview in Lagos, can you help me out with how to greet the Panel, is it best to greet individually or say a general Good Morning to all the Panelists?? |
