Health / Help Needed: Sleeplessness, Persistent Pain In The Head And Neck by ssgi4in1(m): 7:51pm On Jul 23, 2019 |
Good evening good people. I am hoping I will get some help here. Pls this will be a bit a long. I beg you to read. So you can understand better. My problem started last year April (2018). I was diagnosed with typhoid and malaria. I was started on a course of treatment that involves anti malaria and an antibiotics (azithromycin). I noticed the quality of my sleep was dropping after taking the antibiotic for 2 days. My instincts was that it was the medicine. I eventually stopped taking it but by then my sleep have become badly affected. I woke up a Sunday morning after taking some drinks the previous night at a wedding with one severe type of headache ( I started the antibiotics on Thursday, took on Friday and missed it that Saturday) I continued that Sunday morning. So I eventually stopped all medicine and consulted a doctor friend. By then I had gone two nights with little or no sleep. He prescribed some drugs that was meant to induce sleep and even increased the dosage yet I still couldn't sleep. Meanwhile before then, I am someone who could be called a sleeper. I can sleep at anytime without stress. I even take naps here and there in my office. So it was strange. I eventually went to some hospitals and their treatment involved giving me sleep medicines and sometimes it could help me get very little amount of sleep and then it will make me feel very groggy and heavily fatigued. By this time a weird sensation have developed in the left side of my back head (this pain doesn't come and go... It is permanent). After spending some huge amounts I wasn't getting relief until I went to a neurologist. He first suspended all the sleep medications and started giving me amitriptyline 5mg every night ( after few days I started feeling better and had some deep sleep) but still the problem wasn't gone ( head pain and stiff neck). I was paying about 30k monthly at the neurologists. It wasn't sustainable and I eventually stopped and decided to take my fate in my own hands. I eventually stopped taking any medication for sleep last November. Between then and now, I have had some good nights where I slept very deeply and nights when I struggled. I have gone like 2 weeks without sleep issues. But still the pain in the back of the head and neck still persist. Just yesterday I went to consult another gp and his diagnosis was that it was the poor sleep that is causing the pain in the head and neck. But I still find it difficult to believe. I will be having a video session with an Indian neurologist tommorow and I hope he will make a different diagnosis. My coming here is to know if anyone have had an experience with my case and I would like to know how they solved their problem. I will appreciate any suggestion that will be of help. Thank you. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

Yea. Some clients pay my company through my personal account especially those I attracted personally. I tried using my own company account but the account had issues. I guess that's what caused my denial. oluayebenz: |

Thanks for for this thread. Here is my story: I applied for a UK visa for myself and my wife. We needed 6 months and we paid for priority and equally paid TLS around 108k for prime time appointment. I contacted one guy that has an experience with UK visa and paid him 100k. I wanted to take my wife on a honeymoon. (I didnt want to go to Dubai since I have visited in 2014 and 2016). I work as a clearing agent and my salary is not a fixed amount ( i am paid by commission at any time of the amount, sometimes I can receive my commission up to 10 times in a month). Most times I easily make 500K a month and even higher when I have more clients. I work with a firm where I am the manager and I am equally allowed to have my own clients who I make profits from. I use my personal savings to run most of my transactions. In my applications I added properties for a valuation report on my properties in Aba and my Village totaling about N23 Million naira. My savings account have a sitting balance of 600K + with a turnoever of over 50M and the other account I use for savings (Diamond Hida) has a balance of 6M( I hardly use this account except to save). I added documents of my two SUVS and Certificate i used to donate 1k USD to Rotary. I equally added my School fees receipt ( I was doing a master degree in IMSU. As the boss, I could easily go to lectures on Thursdays & Fridays) I added our Traditional wedding pics and our wedding invitationcard. I have a 2 bedroom flat where I collect 200k annually. I mentioned it. DHL brought their response and I was denied. My wife was equally denied because I was denied. I angrily went to dubai. Pls why was I denied? 1 Like 2 Shares

aderonke1: How were you able to solve your problem? I am presently experiencing similar problems. Mine started after I took medication for Typhoid : Azithromycin. It's more than 1 month now and I have have been going from one hospital to another. And mine is coupled with some form of headache that doesn't seem to be severe but I can still feel the heaviness in my head. I have taken Lexotan, Diazepam and Presently Nitrazepam, still no improvement. |

kingreign: I know that's what the code reads out for. I want someone to help me with diagnosing what the culprit is. Because with the help of the scan tool, I have been able to read the voltag of the af sensors and they seem to correspond with the specification of 3.3v. My oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2, that is the sensor after the cat underneath overs between 0.1v to 0.9v on my scan tool. So I was hoping some could help me confirm if the readings are normal or otherwise. |
