TravelRe: U.S. Non-immigrant Visas: We’re Listening by stacey05: 9:31pm On Oct 01, 2015
Gdday VO, I made a non immigrant visa application in lagos Nigeria at 9:30am on the 7th of april 2015 for my partner and daughter.

The application was denied because the case worker informed my partner that i was married even though she took documents with her which shows that i have divorced my wife and have a new life with my partner and daughter but the case worker didnt check the documents.
I am writing this that i have since divorced my ex wife and i hope this wont affect my partner and daughter if they decide to apply for a visa in the nearest future.

Yes it does..however, that does not mean that you will be given a visa at first application, chances are that you will be refused and given on appeal.

First you need to meet the requirements and be honest in your application.
tnxx @justwise for your response.....what do u mean by been honest in d new application? I was adviced to get a lawyer to help write in the application about the ban and appeal together with d fresh application....how true is that and can t work like that.
