Prophet Shepherd Bushiri has gone to town boasting of expecting the rebirth of Jesus through his wife Mary Bushiri. According to the self-acclaimed man of God, Mary Bushiri who is also a prophetess has been impregnated by the Holy Ghost and sooner than later. The world will see the Rebirth of second Jesus by the name of “Major Jesus”. “God spoke to me that my wife shall deliver the second Jesus. So I stayed away from her and counted on God to send the Holy Spirit to put the baby in her womb. My God is the only God of miracles and it has been done.” Said the prophet . A medical report we have seen has confirmed that Bushiri’s Wife is really pregnancy but the world is yet to see the birth of Major Jesus the second through Shepherd and Mary. “For those who are doubting , wait for the birth of Major Jesus , you will believe this when doctors carry DNA test and see that Major Jesus the second will have the same genes as those of Jesus Christ”, concluded Shepherd Bushiri. The Prophet further reminded doubting that,it is on record that some months ago, angels appear during one of ECG church services and in the same way, God has done it again to their family. Reports have shown that Bushiri hasn’t been with his wife for a long time and he was just waiting upon the Lord to fulfill and revelation he got. https://malawiindependentblog.com/2016/07/13/bushiris-claims-wife-impregnated-by-holy-spirit-family-waiting-for-the-birth-of-major-jesus-christ-the-2nd/ |

www.biempowerment.com #WeLoveGraduates #WeLoveYouths A Simple Formula for Answering "Tell Me About Yourself" “So, tell me about yourself.” What seems like such a simple question can really make you sweat, especially in an interview. What, exactly, should you share — not just to build rapport, but to show that you’re the perfect fit for the job? Fear not, job seekers: There’s a super-simple formula that will help you answer this question with ease. How to Answer “Tell Me About Yourself” So, the first question you’re probably going to get in an interview is, “Tell me about yourself.” Now, this is not an invitation to recite your entire life story or even to go bullet by bullet through your resume. Instead, it’s probably your first and best chance to pitch the HR Manager on why you’re the right one for the job. A formula we really like to recommend is called the Present-Past-Future formula. So, first you start with the present—where you are right now. Then, go into the past—a little bit about the experiences you’ve had and the skills you gained at the previous position. Finally, finish with the future—why you are really excited for this particular opportunity. Remember throughout your answer to focus on the experiences and skills that are going to be most relevant for the HR Manager when they’re thinking about this particular position and this company. And ultimately, don’t be afraid to relax a little bit, tell stories — the HR Manager already has your resume, so they also want to know a little more about you.

#BiEmpowerment #WeLoveGraduates #WeLoveYouths Within all of us lies the potential to achieve what ever we choose. Nigeria has one of the poorest sets of national development indices in the world and it is widely believed that the underdevelopment of human capacity is a major factor contributing to Nigeria’s underdevelopment. Demographic segregation of the Nigerian population indicates that youths form the largest segment of the population. Hence, developmental efforts must target and/or capture the youthful population to have tangible and meaningful impact. The term youth empowerment is broadly employed to explain efforts aimed at providing coping skills and an enabling environment for youths to lead decent lives and contribute meaningfully to national development. An emerging trend in youth and graduate empowerment in Nigeria is www.biempowerment.com #JoinUs #MakeAnImpact
