I remember when Fela died in 2007 and Dr Beko Ransom-Kuti who was then in Abacha's custody wanted to attend his burial to show his last respect. I am not object to everything you said here. But i feel like media stooped so low to have brought his past into this. As a top celebrity of his status, of course, one should expect "unholy activities" in his character. I was against him at out-start but when media decided to demonize him, i had no choice but to feel for him. Folks can protest all they want. But once that is over, they usually change tune afterwards. Trump is already changing tune on building wall against Mexicans, he staying on Obamacare with exception contrary to his campaign slogan and his focus on economy. These are his 3 tops priorities. He appears to back down a little on debarring Muslims from entering the US. It is not easy thing to do what he campaigned against. Constitution is bigger than his head.
