He is merely a student with no source of income. Someone has to stand in as sponsor for the said 700pounds with their own bank statement
or

if he can demonstrate on a monthly basis if he is paid a certain amount to warrant sponsoring himself on this trip.

He will also need to upload next semester itenary, resumption date, secular of midterm break. Just concluded exam schedule.

These days, 900 Pounds can hardly buy a ticket. Maybe you can quote 2,000 Pounds.

I’m not in Nigeria. Flight ticket from where I reside to U.K is £450(Qatar,Return). £200 for shopping, £100 for transportation and £100 for miscellaneous. Accommodation and feeding is going be borne by my brother which he included in his invitation letter.

Is this okay ??

Clearly, you asked for the refusal and you got it.

How can you state that you will spend 3,500 Pounds in two weeks? A student? Even if you are sponsored. You did not even bother to include many vital documents. You were very careless and you got what you were looking for.

You had a lot of information at your disposal and yet, you chose to mess up. It is best to avoid a refusal - because it becomes more difficult to convice the visa officer in subsequent applications. Prevention is always better than cure.

I will not advise you to apply so soon. Probably next year.

All these was my fought and accept it. I was completely in a rush and under tension because it was during exam period I made the application. I followed the process my friend used to visit during spring break. I added my university attendance certificate, which I guess wasn’t enough. My school has given me a letter of introduction and also the Nigeria embassy in the country I reside in has given me a letter to back up my application.

Also about how money is being remitted to me. I submitted my bank statement.

I guess the only place I made an error was the amount I’m going to spend in the uk which is the £3500 that is much. i already have accommodation and feeding which is going to be borne by my brother. I want to reduce it now to £900 and attach a cover letter explaining why I’m doing so.

Good day, Everyone
I applied for UK visit visa to visit my brother And family I haven’t seen for the past 4years. I was denied on Wednesday reason because the visa officer wasn’t satisfied with my school documents, I didn’t submit enough. But I’m going to be doing that in my next application I’m going to submitting this week. I have already gotten all the necessary required documents.

Also, the second reason was because of stated I’m going to be spending 3500£ almost half of my annual allowance as a student for a two weeks holidays. I was literally in a rush and tension because I was writing an exam.

And the third reason was because no prove money is being remitted to me even though I included evidence of my bank statement but I’m going to be doing it in my another application explaining every details with prove

Please I want to reapply next week and attach all the documents with a cover letter and documents. Also explaining to them while im going to reduce the 3500£- £900 in a cover letter. Also I’m going to be adding a cover letter of reconsideration of my first visa denial.
And then a cover letter of my itinerary. My purpose is mainly family reunion and tourism.

Please I need someone to advise me if this is good. Thanks. Going to be attaching the denial letter. I’d be glad if I receive a feedback concerning this. Thanks.
