How many programming languages can you code withhuh
Can you create an app for Android or PC??
How many computer packages can you confidently say you can use as a prohuh
What do you know about blockchains or the current technologies in the world now??
What do you know about networking and configurationshuh
Can you set up a LAN network??
Can you configure a router or switchhuh
Can you assign IP addresses on your ownhuh
What do you know about firewalls??
Can you do ethical hacking??
There are many questions to ask, but I'll stop there.
Those are the things you should be worrying yourself with, not your first class.
If you make first class your priority, you'll work for people till you grow beards.

Does being a virgin automatically mean a girl will be a good wifehuh

The Best Time to Study: Finding Your Peak Performance Window

Success in studying isn’t just about how long you study—it’s also about when you study. Everyone has different rhythms and preferences, but understanding the science behind our natural energy patterns and identifying your personal peak time can help you make the most of your study sessions. So, when is the best time to study? Let’s break it down.

1. Morning: A Fresh Start

For many people, the morning is a powerful time to study. After a full night's sleep, the brain is typically well-rested, alert, and ready to absorb new information.

Benefits of morning studying:

Higher energy levels and focus

Better retention of factual information

Quiet environment with fewer distractions

Good for subjects requiring logic and concentration (like math or science)

Best for: Early risers, people with a clear daily routine, and tasks that need strong mental clarity.

2. Afternoon: A Productive Middle Ground

Afternoons can also be a great time to study—especially after lunch and a short break. By this time, your brain has warmed up and you're fully awake.

Benefits of afternoon studying:

Increased alertness compared to early morning

Good time for group study or discussion-based learning

Better for applying knowledge or doing assignments

Best for: Balanced learners and those who prefer studying in daylight with steady energy.

3. Evening/Night: Deep Focus for Night Owls

Some people find that their concentration peaks later in the day. The night can offer a peaceful, uninterrupted block of time, ideal for creative or reflective work.

Benefits of night studying:

Fewer distractions and interruptions

Ideal for deep reading or writing tasks

Often a calm and relaxed atmosphere

Best for: Night owls, creative thinkers, and those who thrive in quiet environments.

4. Listen to Your Body and Brain

There’s no universal “best” time to study—it depends on your chronotype, or your natural sleep-wake cycle. Some people are most productive in the morning, while others peak at night. To find your best study time:

Track your energy levels throughout the day

Notice when you feel most focused and alert

Experiment with different times and reflect on the results

5. Tips for Maximizing Your Study Time

Stick to a routine: Your brain thrives on consistency.

Avoid distractions: Find a quiet, comfortable place to study.

Take breaks: Use techniques like Pomodoro (25-min study + 5-min break).

Sleep well: No study schedule can make up for poor rest.

EducationWhy NYSC Has Lost Its Value by stan4b(op): 3:34pm On Apr 07, 2025
Why NYSC Has Lost Its Value

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), once a symbol of national unity and patriotism in Nigeria, has gradually lost its value in the eyes of many Nigerians. Established in 1973, the scheme aimed to foster integration among Nigeria’s diverse ethnic groups and provide graduates with practical experience. However, several issues have contributed to its decline in relevance.

First, the increasing insecurity across the country has made NYSC postings risky. Corps members are often sent to volatile regions where they face threats of violence, kidnapping, or even death. This has made many young Nigerians view the scheme as a dangerous obligation rather than an opportunity.

Second, the quality of placements has deteriorated. Many corps members are posted to institutions or offices where their skills are underutilized, leaving them idle or forced to do menial tasks unrelated to their field of study. The lack of meaningful work experience diminishes the value the program was supposed to provide.

Additionally, the original goal of national unity seems outdated in today’s climate of ethnic and political division. The enthusiasm that once accompanied cross-cultural postings has been replaced by reluctance and fear, eroding the spirit of integration the scheme was meant to foster.

In a rapidly changing economy where digital skills and entrepreneurship are key, NYSC has failed to evolve. Without reform, the scheme risks becoming a mere formality—one that consumes time and resources but offers little return.

NYSCWhy I Think The NYSC Should Be Scrapped by stan4b(op): 7:04pm On Mar 21, 2025
NYSC IS A SYSTEM PAST ITS PRIME

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) was established in 1973 to foster national unity and integration. At the time, Nigeria was emerging from a civil war, and the program aimed to bridge ethnic and regional divides by posting fresh graduates to different parts of the country. However, times have changed, and what was once a noble initiative now feels outdated and ineffective.

Here’s why the NYSC should be scrapped:

1. Insecurity: A Risk Not Worth Taking

The biggest concern today is the safety of corps members. Reports of kidnappings, killings, and violent attacks on NYSC members have become common. Many are sent to states where insecurity is rampant, putting their lives at serious risk. If the government cannot guarantee their safety, why force them to serve in danger zones?

2. Unemployment: NYSC Delays the Inevitable

With over 33% youth unemployment, the NYSC does little to improve graduates' job prospects. Instead of immediately entering the workforce or pursuing entrepreneurship, graduates spend a full year earning a meager allowance (allawee) that barely covers living expenses. This delays their ability to start careers or further their education.

3. Poor Living Conditions and Exploitation

Many corps members are posted to rural areas where basic amenities are lacking—no electricity, no potable water, and terrible healthcare facilities. Some private organizations exploit NYSC members as cheap labor, assigning them full-time responsibilities with little or no compensation beyond their government stipend.

4. Financial Burden on the Government

The NYSC consumes billions of naira annually in stipends, training, and administration costs. Given Nigeria’s struggling economy, should we keep funding a scheme that adds little value? These funds could be redirected to entrepreneurial grants, skill acquisition programs, or direct youth employment initiatives.

5. National Unity? A Myth at Best

While NYSC was meant to promote unity, many corps members simply redeploy to their home states or nearby regions. Those who remain in their assigned states often form ethnic or regional cliques, defeating the purpose of integration.

A Better Alternative?

Instead of NYSC, the government should focus on:
✅ Compulsory vocational/entrepreneurial training for graduates
✅ Job placement and internship programs to connect youth with real employment
✅ A national service program based on volunteering, not forced participation

Final Thoughts

NYSC has outlived its usefulness. Insecurity, unemployment, and economic challenges make it more of a burden than a benefit. If the goal is to empower Nigerian youth, let’s invest in skills, jobs, and opportunities.

Hello Guys!!!
I started rice milling business last year.
I made many losses last year, so I'm trying to correct my mistakes this year.
One of the mistake I made last year was using 12 paint rubber as 50kg bag for measurement. I observed that using 12 paint rubber will usually give 52kg, which is 2kg loss on my part.
So, this year, I'm planning on using a scale to measure the exact 50kg.
The problem is, most of these women, they'll tell u they prefer the 12 paint rubber.
I don't have my own personal bags yet, so they are always there whenever I want to measure the rice.
Pls, how do I convince them that the scale is what I prefer using.
Thanks.

Pls, I'll like to know why most loan apps, during adverts, they'll promise 20000 to repay 20800 after 2 months. But after accepting the loan offer, we'll now see that it's actually 20000to repay 27000 after 2 weeks. I feel that's a scam.

RomanceAm I A Mugu?? by stan4b(op): 9:19pm On Jul 25, 2024
Hello guys!!!
My fiancee is currently serving in benue, while I'm in Edo.
For the past 6 months, I have been sending her about 10k every week, sometimes more than 10k.

Her school pays her 15k, state pays her 16k, government pays her 33k, making it 64k. Every month, immediately she receives her allawee she'll quickly send almost everything to her contributor in Edo.

Ones state and school pays her, she'll also send the monies to her contributor. I'll now be the one taking care of her throughout the month. I have told her severally to keep at least half of her total money for herself, so that even if I'll send money, it'll be very small. She won't listen.

Now I've decided that she should always use her money to take care of herself, that I'm not sending her money again. She's angry, but I no send.
Pls, I'm I wrong for telling her to use her money.
RomanceRelationship Wahala. by stan4b(op):
Hello guys!!!
Pls, I need some advise.
My soon to be wife, already engaged. We have been together for more than a year now. She's currently serving in Benue, while I'm staying in Delta.
We have had our ups and downs. Some of the major issue we have been having is her closeness to guys, she likes making friends and talking with guys.
The major issue now is, yesterday I went through her status on Whatsapp, and saw the picture of a man she posted and captioned it as " THIS IS THE MAN BEHIND MY HAPPINESS". A man she just met this month o, cos she started service this month.
She said the man gave her money to celebrate her birthday, which was this January, that's why she did what she did.
Anyways, I already blocked her on Whatsapp and on my phone. Told her our relationship is over. She should continue being with the man that is behind her happiness. So guys, is it bad i cut off our relationship because of that??
