Hi nairalanders, For those of you tha live in Ajah, victoria environ do u think that this toll gate collection and slow contruction of Ajah express is for the interest of d resident. The traffic experience in the evening at the toll area and ajah is crazy and worse when it rain like today.

Dear nairalander, i do not know how to say (complain) about things but please just read my story the way its written and advice me, be that as it may the situation was more worse than i did reported
Three years ago, i met a girl in church, actually she followed me up as a new convert. We became very close exchanging ideas and feelings/pressure/ experience at work place or with friends at this point intimacy set in, so i opted for it to move to the next level.
At this point, she became her real self and exhibited some behaviors that was not palatable with me,which i have posted on this forum and was advised on the panacea to tackle it and it worked . Moreso, i proposed to her and went to ph, nigeria to see her parent, i was accepted (the first time) and when i came with my parents(the second time)after series of prosponement from her father, the family unfriendly,harshly and unwavering turns our dowry payment down and gave us a condition to go buy everything on the list that they are not ready to negotiate it in monetary terms. Sameday, my parent travelled back from ph and i was still in the hotel room , when she visited me in the hotel room, she was accusing my parents of not understading the culture, i narrated all the events to her, we she was obviously not told the truth and she was cunny which is her way though
I then told her to fix her parents and paliate my parents anger of the dissappointment/embarrasmnet on them, but from all indication i feel she loves me but her parents do not and she cant approach her father and i don't know if she knows why the father turn it down and i don't see the zeal in her to remedy the situation, what will i do now my parents told me to watch it, that i dont only get married to a girl but also with her family and that this is just the begining

What a world we are living, Yesterday we experienced power outtage all through the day. Runing on generator the house seems rather hot;  my girl friend and i went to Slick Night Club and Bar to Cool off,this was 7.00pm.
While we were having a nice time, next to our table was a family enjoying themselves too, but one of the kid who should be on the age range of 12-14years was not eating or drinking, looking poorly taken care-off and angry, was just watching her oga,madam and the kids chewing
It was envident that she was a house helper. i felt like buying the little girl a drink since her madam and oga cannot afford it,i considered the consequence on the girl if i do that.

you can find true love relatively,not based on wealth when you were schooling (higher institution), but now you are a working class and she is too, man she definitely needs your cash at least to grease the love. note this , love in your school days goes with contentment, but after school, goes with avaries for wealth.

My brother, u are even lucky that they invited you the second time. unlike us last year, we wrote a test for the position of a security coordinator, people flew from port harcourt,calabar,kano and the distant state from lagos to write the tes,infact i was the youngest that day. the test was well supervised by a white man not too tall and bare headed and assisted with a white young lady and black chicks. some of their staff wrote the exam with us and we were told that we will be contacted in 2weeks. since we dont know who will be called ,so we exchanged phone no. . as i speak no one of the people that wrote the test was called. may they finally took their staff that also wrote the exam which was not ready to associate or give anyone their no. and they were so confident too.
if they know that they not going to be fair in their recruitment process let them not be making a public advert to deceive the people and government that they are performing their social responsililty

man, if ure not confortable with it, and you also know the strength of your wife, get her a car at least a belguim of 300 - 400k so that you will not die of suspicion some day

Actually, you may be right that when guys date ladies that are more successful than them they seems to be some form of power play and friction,even intimidation in the side of the man. i have experienced it,but you know what all she was doing probabily as intimidation propelled my to desire success,think success and work out success. and its paid off and still paying off.

it was really rainy,i close from work @ Ikeja and was hearding homeward to the island. due to the rain i decided to pass the night in my girls friend place,whose house is b4 mine. ungetting there, she was not back home,i was however shocked because she works in Victoria Island.,not too long i got home she arrived saying there was traffic.

a guy meet a lady in church and they became fast friends therafter they got deeply into a relationship, the friends of the girl in church went gossiping in the church and the pastor heard about it, although not angry over it, tried to know what was the centre of their relationship and was told that they are friends and they have not proposed to each other which was a lie and they ve proposed.
at this time the girl has not known what the guy does for the living, but when she finally knew,she was not actually happy that she would had wished the guy was a banker / oil worker, as a woman she pressurized the guy to change his job,the guy did and it was not easy, cos they had hard time together.although till date the girl is still not satisfied with the guy's job even if he now had a better job,but need to grow in the rank and file of the organisation,she is proposing the guy to leave.
be that has it may, she has been a lot of inspiration to him,by making him aspire high and she had a lot of contacts,which the guy has use to gain a lot of favour, for which the guy is believing she had some afinity with some of these dudes,but not all.
apart from that,she is not too healthy and a bad cook in african dishes, except the wish wash kind of food or eatry and, career inclined chick,who anything outside her job is secondary,infact this guy is quite doubtful if he can actually marry this girl and be happy, even though he very much know that this girl has been of immense help to him and that her family except her father know him . CAN HE STILL BREAK AWAY? Moreso, she is from the riverine and the guy is from the former midwest and the guy parents has called that he should nt marry outside his place of origin. he does not know how to two time and come to think of it, his class is high that he cant actually see a class of his status in his town without she been involve with someone else
he hardly travel home, does not mingle with people of his place, not purposely but he hardly come across them,how is he to get a wife from home, is he not ungreatful to say goodbye to her,. they hv been dating for 8months no sex, even when they are sure of their status, she has unneccesarily use excuse to delay the action. is this guy not in bondage. although she is not sleeping arround that the guy is sure, infact,the story is long to tell PLS HELP ME i hope you can figure out some esoteric expression in this guy, he his confused. advice his soul not to be puzzled on what to do. pls do not be mitigative ,say it as it is to you, especially the married folks

i had same case, in july this year i resigned in my organisation because of the witch hurting of my boss wife, infact one man busines is a night mare! pls if you re ther now start thinking of relocating because they are heartless in how they sack staff. thereafter future seems bleak as i took my belongings home. i had no savings a lot keep ringing in my heart. two hour after my resignation, i got a call from a recruitng agency to recruit for africbank, i wrote the test and did the interview and i was selected. to resume on the 2nd of august. that same week, we were asked not to resume that the date will be announced to us. And that was the week the MD of the bank was sacked and after that we did not hear from the agency again
i still kept searching, it was not easy, no friends again, all i had was my girl friend who was always giving me cash to go searching and calling for jobs , even buying papers. it was a dilema that i will not wish my enemy to go through, even some times my girl friend do compline as a result of the pressure on her in continuing with the relationship, since i knew she was the only support i had i had to make frantic effort. then i got a job in an insurance company, UNIC insurance, as far as i am concern, the insurance coy is one of the best that one could work with,cos that still care for their staff compare to some of my collegue in other insurance firm, when they share their coy welfare package. things began to be brighter as i could get more cash to search and make contacts and in september 12th i got another great job.
Today, i am a big boy by the grace of God.i am sharing this testimony to those that are undergoing similar or about to embark on resignation, pls count the cost. dont think any will be there for u, when the going gets tough.
so that u will not be dissappointed. u have all the friend u have now because of ur economical situation, if thing change your friends will run. so pls respect your girl friends, they are the only tressure you have friends and Worship God. You cant achieve great fits without God
