Please how is the rom? Has anybody flashed the rom? Thise ut have bugs? What are things that functions well and those that does not function well.

I love the cm rom, but the only con as earlier stated is the inability to use vpn app like psiphon cos my network depends on that. How I wish there is a way round it. Thanks stanboy28

After rooting, my stock rom refused to be backed up

OK guys......after rooting you will need to flash a custom recovery .....if u are already on custom recovery either twrp or cwm and u have successfully backup ur ROM den u can skip did step.
I know many of us don't have laptops including me bt tutorial wont need any laptop....but pls be carefull so u dont Bleep things up...
Next download rashr flash tools from play store or side load the apk from other website.. Install.,it.
Next download the cwm recovery image file to flash from this link

The link will direct you to download the mega app on playstore....no problem just download the mega and install it,after installing mega...just cum back and click the recovery image link again then it will take u straight to the installed mega app and ur download will start from the mega app.
After downloading the recovery image,put it in the root of ur SD card (just put it in sdcard direct and not in any folder of ur SD card)...
Okay.....next open ur rashr flash tool....it will request Root permission.... Grant it, it may updates its binary if u have data on,but if u don't no P......it will show u a page den click "I know the risk'".... Next click on recovery on storage..... And locate the recovery image on the root of ur SD card....tap on it and flash.....it will ask to reboot after flash.....den it will take u straight to the flashed cwm recovery.... U can backup ur ROM if u have space..if u don't have enough space ...there will be and error while backing up ur ROM.
After backing up ur ROM (highly recommended) u can process d to next step.....let me know when ur are all ready.sorry I couldn't Post with pics am getting late for class...

Note:-custom ROM will always have few glitches at times so I'll brief y'all about it...
1st is that it is hightly stable though BT u can't change default storage to SD as it is stuck in phone internal.....I have 32gb memory card so I can cope cos my data's are in my mc.
Next is that VPN like psiphon don't work in whole device mode.....dats the known bug's perhaps...... BT WiFi,calls,etc works well.....
Get ur phones rooted with kingroot v4.5 upwards ...make sure u have a stable data while ur are using kingroot to root ur phone if not it won't go tru...if u are rooted already then alert me so we'll proceed
