Yes. They are know as sociopaths, or psychopaths. They lack receptors in the brain that cause empathy. Basically, they're a human shell with no human soul. Most of the murderers, dictators and rapists in the world are sociopaths or psychopaths.
There is no therapy or medication to treat these people, unfortunately.

But a sociopath is incapable of feeling bad about anything they do. They do not feel love or guilt or shame or any of the things that would drive someone to seek help. So, how do you help someone who is not driven to improve themselves?
The answer is: You can't.
All you can do is teach them to hide it. But because they do not have any reason not to act out (since they feel no guilt), it will not stop them from doing harmful things. All it will do is help them fool people temporarily.
Alexithymia is not a lack of emotion. It's a processing problem, where the link between felt emotion and comprehension of emotion is broken. But you do FEEL emotion, even if you don't understand it or know how to describe it.
Sociopaths and psychopaths do not feel any emotion. And the reason they often hurt or kill others is because an adrenaline rush is the only rush they can feel.
J.P. Now we're just talking about degrees. Only a small percentage of people with sociopathic tendencies are true sociopaths. A true sociopath does not feel emotion. They do not react in any way to images which are happy, sad, or any other emotional description. They ONLY react to violent or spectacular images, which cause adrenaline spikes. This is the extent of their understanding of emotion.
Don't condescend. You're conflated 2 unrelated disorders which are fundamentally different in how they effect people. Maybe you're the one who needs to go back to the drawing board.

My problem is that all my life I've struggled to make or maintain female friendships due to one reason or another. Distance, change of location, falling out/unresolved conflict, jealousy, fake friends etc.. It's something I'm ashamed of and I often feel sad that I don't have my clique of friends especially now that I'm about getting married. It saddens me that at this time of my life where I'm supposed to be joyous and be surrounded by girlfriends helping me with wedding preparations, choosing a dress etc, I have no one to call on. I've had to shop for my dress alone which was quite a depressing experience. Everytime my parents or aunties ask of my friends I come up with one story or another or just change the topic completely.

My fiancée is very much aware of my lack of friends but he's not bothered by it at all. I'm in my early/mid twenties and I feel so saddened to see other girls my age with lots of girlfriends. I have a big family however most of my cousins are male.

How do I go about doing my wedding with no bridesmaids whatsoever! It'll be such a mortifying experience for my wedding guests and family members to notice I have no friends.
What do I do about this?

U can only do that wen u have a large storage memory card to rely on cos ur USB storage will be meaningless immediately u enlarge ur internal storage..... Any single file u put in ur USB storage will corrupt and damage ur USB storage, hang ur phone and ultimately brick ur phone..... I had to sell my tab wen I could no longer bear the probs.....
