Fashion school runway event/graduation
When you hear a fashion runway event what comes to your mind? Have you ever attended any? A fashion runway event is a formal occasion where creative designs are showcased by different designers. At these events designers get noticed for their uniqueness and ensure to sell a lot of their design pieces that day and connect with a lot of fashion enthusiasts/lovers.
As a designer showcasing on a runway, you have to be on your 'A' game and ensure your designs stand out, be authentic, creative and tell a story using your designs. A lot of hard work is required to excel at a fashion runway event, financially, mentally and otherwise, tips to be successful; plan ahead, take the measurements of the models that will walk the runway in your designs to avoid tackiness and disorder, sketch your designs, take a course on fashion illustration if you cannot sketch or get a fashion illustrator explain your designs and they sketch, then bring your sketches to life.
