Take 4 photos of the vehicle that will reveal the license plates and tint. (ensure its factory tint)

Ensure all your particulars are up to date.

Attach photocopies of your particulars along with a letter of application for the use of factory tinted glasses on the said vehicle, address it to the police command (in the state to grant the permit) under the office of the deputy commissioner in charge of authorizing permits.

Permit takes less than 5hrs and is free. But will cost you between 10-30k cause of bottle necks.

Now there are a lot of chaps out there that use photoshop (oluwole style) to create permits and you can't tell the difference, so be careful.

Thanks for the info.

My question is this: must the car be factory tinted glass before the permission is granted to the person and secondly, is the permit renewable? Thanks!

Mnewton:

STANCITY

ALL I DID WAS ROOT THE MAN'S GALAXY NOTE 3.
INSTALLED XPOSED
INSTALLED IMEI CHANGER
TICKED IT IN XPOSED MODULE AND REBOOTED.
THEN I CHANGED THE IMEI AFTER I LAUNCHED THE IMEI CHANGER APP, CHANGED IMEI, AND REBOOTED AGAIN. DIALED *#06# TO CONFIRM THE PROCESS. MY TRYALUCK WORKED
GOOD ENOUGH HE'S CURRENTLY USING AIRTEL ON IT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT MADE THAT POSSIBLE.
NO DOUBLE DATA ZAPPING. GLO WORKS ALRIGHT,.

Wonderful... Thanks for sharing..

exactly... I asked this question because of what d guy that asked for the app said.... If your phone gets stolen... Hw will u get d picture of the person wen d data isn't on

The guy will need to allow data on for 24/7... And if the phone gets stolen, the thief being a novice may try his/her luck draw some pattern and the app will take the shot and send to the mail.. But if na pro steal the phone, u know na
