Peugeot 404 was "the car" of the early 70s except you owned a Mercedes Benz 280s. By late 70s Peugeot 504 GL or L was already the in thing and 404 was naturally relegated to "nuturu m, nuturu m". The early 80s saw the emergence of 504 GR, and the 2000 version with a/c (ntu oyi) before 505 was rolled out in the late 80s. And that began the decline of Peugeot cars in Naija. This car needs to be resurrected and a close look at it indicates that it carries more swag when compared to the recently trending VW BEETLES.. 14 Likes 1 Share
