Good evening, please can I get a sketch for a 4 bedroom bungalow all rooms en-suite with Master & Madam bedroom bigger than other rooms. Master & Madam bedroom must have a medium size walk-in closet and medium size toilet. Bungalow must have a sitting-room with small size bar room & guest toilet, dining area, large size kitchen and medium size store. More importantly, there must be a visitor's toilet outside of the house and attached to bungalow (for visitors who can not come into house). The land is a full plot (60 x 120) but I would like it sitting on half a plot or slightly more so i can have space in front. Thanks. Email is bsholarin@gmail.com.

Is only God that will reward you for your good deed. Pls, could you send me design for a 4 bedroom bungalow with pent (2 rooms with lounge and balcony). I have a plot measuring 50ft x 100ft. Not a fan of too much pillars. The bungalow should contain if possible two living rooms, Ante room, visitor toilet and spacious kitchen. All room ensuite.

Sir why didn't u terminate the columns at lintel for the build below?
Because i dont think there is a roof beam..
Isn't it against best practice to terminate a column without a beam or lintel as the case maybe?

We didn't do that cos the initial plan was to have a concrete fascia(parapet) but you know how it goes when you have to cut costs.
